It’s nice to be able to call and talk to someone in person. Ty always takes great care of me answering my questions and helping me understand my premiums. When I got into an accident a few years ago they made it painless for me to navigate re mediating the event. I fully support them.

Ive been with State Farm for a couple of years. Ty has always been extremely nice and super helpful. Everyone Ive spoken to over the phone with the State Farm office has been very kind, understanding, and especially helpful after my husbands car accident. Id definitely recommend them.

Awful agent! Worst in the industry. Doesn’t do his job and when you complain to get it to corporate he completely lies to them. He knows I asked for monthly account. But he was too lazy to switch it to monthly. So in the end of the day you get screwed over not him. Don’t try to delete me comments on google again. I will keep making them. Wouldn’t suggest him to anyone!

Worst experience Ive ever had. Trying to get anything done was a mess. The DMV was reported that I didnt have insurance back in 2016 but I did with state farm. I called that day we received the letter that our registration was going to be revoked, I was told yes Adrian we will get the notification to the DMV immediately.Turns out that wasnt the case nothing had been done about it.Then my policy jumped up and extra 40 dollars I had made changes in my policy to get the payment lowered over the phone with Chris he said the change had been made. The bill came through the next month nothing had been changed once again, called them to find out why, I was told they didnt know that they would look into it and get back to me right away...waited for a few days but by this time my policy was going to lapse...so I was forced to go with another insurance company.Also dont bother trying to get a hold of them when they open nobody answers the phone until an hour after they are suppose to be there.I have been let down and I will never recommend state farm insurance to anyone I know.

Kris was able to save us quite a bit of money and was very professional and kind the whole time with keeping our best interest in mind! They also offer lots of extra investment plans which were explained thoroughly and have been a great way of investing!
