Everything seemed fine until the return of the truck . I was over charged for fuel which not accurate ( i even have pictures with location of how i left the unit) i was charged for other things i did not ask for . When i have called to address rhese concerns the owner is never there, the office manager says she told him to call me back, however, he just leaves with no return time and doesnt call back. Very unhappy with customer service and their need to over charge hard working people

This place is a joke.Rented a uhaul and they just decided to close an hour early so I couldn’t get my rental.Then I called and after complaining about me inconveniencing them, they said they’d drive back but never did and left me waiting in the parking FOR OVER AN HOUR!!!Finally, uhaul corporate arranged for a free uhaul at another location.Took me 3 hours to get the uhaul I reserved!

Customer service was excellent would recommend this location.
