We had an appointment at 6:30 on 2/9/2021. The receptionist Donna was slightly rude with my wife as well as some of the other clients per a couple of them that we spoke with. I have been using this branch since the early 80s. I am hoping that the receptionist was just fatigue from a long tedious day at the office. That being said we have usually received great service here. I feel that nobody should have to apologize for the actions of another especially if they choose to work in a position that requires that they deal with John Q public!

Kinda stuck with you because I have been using for several years and the simple fact that the form 8915e is not able to be used with the online service I have always used is not known until I spent hours filling. I had to then get an appointment and go in to pay $100 more because we had to take our retirement funds out early to cover the hardships and medical costs of the virus. My wife and I are RN’s and she was devastated when she contracted covid. Seems like a bad idea to profit from the injured and not even make the information available to limit the waste of time one has to spend filing only to learn in the end that form 8915e is not available for e-file. Come in for $100 more to get your taxes redone because the website is not the same as the office.

After doing Turbo Tax for years and being satisfied our family dynamics have changed as well as a major move. I wanted t make sure my taxes were done correctly due to Covid and the everchanging tax laws. I felt I got the best tax advice and felt confident in my taxes being done right. Getting a refund this year was the highlight compared to the sticker shock I received last year when I owed.

My experience was fast and thorough. Brittany Cox is a terrific specialist and was more than helpful in helping me file. I would definitely recommend her to anybody else.

I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I walked into the facility. I told her that I had an appointment for 2:00 PM, and she said that an agent will be with me shortly. I arrived at about 1:50 PM, and just a couple of minutes later at 1:52 PM, I was greeted by my friendly tax preparer. I was pleasantly surprised at how short of a wait I had. The whole experience was great. In less than 15 minutes, I was in and out. I will always trust H&R Block filing my taxes, just as I have for a long time. Excellent service they provide.

I made a appointment at 2:00 pm, I arrived at 1:50 pm. Here it is 2:25 pm and I have not been seen yet, I supposed to be meeting with (tax professional) she is available, but she apparently is having a bad day from what the receptionist said, and is not with any clients through this time period.

Peace of mind is a win. Brought all my information and papers with me. In and out in less then an hour. Tax specialist was able to find me an additional large sum of money I did not see when I calculated it myself the week before. Paying to have my taxes done with the peace of mind making sure that everything is correct for life is definitely a win. Thank you very much!

The workers are very friendly. We waited a little bit but the front desk woman was very nice kept apologizing. It was a good experience.
