I have to give a shout out to Elvira Ramos, she has given us such a warm welcome as we are new to the area and just joined at this location a couple months ago. She always greets us with a smile from the moment we walk in the door and is there to tell us to have a good evening when we leave after our workout. She is always moving and always working and very attentive to all customers at this location. I wish more employees had her work ethic, it would really make the experience even better here.Keep up the good work Elvira!

Angel was an excellent customer service point person who greeted me as I came in looking if to sign up for a membership and tour the facility. He showed around the gym and gave me all the information I needed to purchase my membership. Very well spoken and easily answered all of my questions and concerns.

I work out here once or twice a year when visiting family and its the probably the best planet fitness Ive ever been too. When I met an employee named Noah he was very helpful and honestly treated me like a brother! He even went as far as to introduce me to the manager who is equally as pleasant! Thanks for all you do guys!

This is a great place to have a peaceful workout with like minded people. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment. Jackie is amazing and goes out of her way to ensure your visit was a success.

Don’t know what’s going on with the plant city location but there was no cleaner for after equipment use and all trash cans were full. Typically a nice spot but the workers didn’t seem too bothered about anything other than with each other. As I’ve mentioned typically a good spot.

I was visiting family and it’s a nice gym. Staff was super sweet and the machines were somewhat similar to my home club in New Jersey. One thing I have to say is poor management. I saw who the manager was but I rarely saw her at the desk and just wonder around doing nothing for her staff. I even heard a staff member ask for her and no one knew where she was. Staff was excellent, manager should step it up, to be honest. But thank you.

I was quite pleased upon my arrival at this establishment. I was greeted by a young lady named Roxana, and a young man named Noah. They were so incredibly kind in helping me with any inquiries I had about the gym. I am posting this review to express my gratitude for the help and compassion showed to me by these two employees. Im in my 50s and sensing need to be more fit as I head on in to my golden years😉. All of the staff including trainer Chris, were very helpful. I felt welcome and cared for. That goes a long way in this transitioning to better health. Machines and gym are clean. Social distancing is respected and masks are in use when moving about or through others space. They have a user friendly app and varied, top notch equipment to work out on.

Nice gym unfortunately changed from 24/7 to 24/5 so I had to cancel my membership.

Kudos to Holly, Raoul and Jackie. We call port Richey PF home but work in and around plant city so we are at this gym several times weekly. We are greeted every time as familiar faces They ask our opinions on any issue we feel might need to be addressed, but have not had any in over a year. The staff is always eager to assist. Place is clean and never over crowded. High-5-stars

Cleanest gym youll ever go to. The a/c needs to get turned down a bit. Its always on the warm side. Been going there for years, still hot.

Love this place! Has everything I need to workout and Roxana, J.J and Elvira are always cleaning the equipment. Its reassuring to see them doing this as we are all coming out of this Corona scare.

Nice facility. Good equipment. They still have every other cardio machine closed because of covid which is frustrating.The air conditioner could be set at a lower setting it was a little warm in there.

This gym is great for me. Lots of cardio machines, clean environment and cleaning stations all over. Lots of machines to work on any part of the body - I really liked the variety. The staff is friendly, I really liked them. Today I will try to sign up my wife too.

We are in the area temporarily for work, and signed my husband up at this gym. The front desk was very helpful, and made him feel welcomed. The manager, Jackie, went above and beyond helping him set up the app on his phone. I’ve been a PF member for several years, and have been to many locations in several different states. I would rate this one in the top 3 with cleanliness and the courteous staff.

JJ and Chase were very informative about about the sign up options and what time is the best time to workout and greeted me well.

Its a big open gym, plenty of open air and space. Every other machine is off for social distancing. Everyone is pretty good about sanitizing their machines after use and wearing masks. I usually go at night for more privacy but all in all its a great gym with some nice perks for Black Card members.

Just moved to plant city in February. Changed home gyms to this one. Really good equipment. Nice staff. Clean tanning beds/stands. Clean locker rooms and showers.

Rude staff and management. Not to mention thiefs when it comes to membership. They can take a monthly payment out of your account but not membership fees..... Then tell you that you cant cancel until its all paid in full, what a joke!!

I got ran over by a car riding my bike and honestly I was frighten to ever go back on one again on the real road, so I joined planet fitness. During that time I was going to the one in Lakeland and using their stationary bikes. However, when I moved to the one plant city I have never been so disrespected in my life. The manager was so prejudice. I tried bringing in my brother as a guest, seeing that he was a wide and tall black man, she refused him service even though I was a good paying member with a black card. This has been the most embarrassing and frustrating experience in my life (including getting ran over by a truck). Do not bother going to this planet fitness in plant city, the staff are the worst. I cancelled that subscription and started yoga instead.

I like the gym everyone is supper nice and helpful everything is kept clean, unfortunately I had to cancel my membership due to not having time anymore to go to the gym, I thought it was going to be hard to cancel it but it was supper easy. Ill come back once I have time to go back and work out.

PF is great! The staff up front is welcoming every time.Trainer Chris is amazing. I go in wanting to hate the workout out but leave with a smile on my face and feeling great. I honestly feel comfortable in this gym. The staff is very friendly! Especially this young lady, her name is Elvira. She was an absolute sweetheart, she gave me a nice tour and even let me try out some equipment. Everything is clean and well maintained. Amazing place

I have been going to this location for 2 almost 3 years never had a problem . The place is always clean and bathrooms are never dirty. Great place for beginners! The workers are nice too. There’s a really nice woman, Roxana she was able to answer all my questions and concerns ! Just know when you first sign up you’re on a contract but once you are finished with your contract you’re good to go if you ever wanted to cancel !

I love it. I dont ever feel judged. And all who go there and the staff are friendly.

This is my very first time joining the gym, I was a bit nervous but Raul gave an awesome tour and guided me into signing up! With his help I feel a lot more comfortable and ready for the many workouts I’ll be doing!! The gym is also very clean and well maintained which is a big plus!!

So far so good. First time there. Better than my old fitness place...

My husband and I recently joined Planet Fitness here in Plant City. We love all of the different options to workout with. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Were excited that PF is part of our fitness journey!

Been a member for a while now... Sometimes Im not actively coming but.... That said started up in mid July with Chris, the trainer, and he is awesome. I can come in feeling absolutely cranky and leave laughing after my sessions with him. He pushes and encourages when I need it and answers questions when I ask them. Seriously, hes great to work with.And the rest of the staff, though I dont know them all by name are all really friendly and encouraging. And believe me, that doesnt go unnoticed and unappreciated.My only suggestion is maybe installing a ballet barre in the very very back alcove along the wall for stretching and such. Or maybe small moveable ones.

Plenty of room no people in their grunting which I never understood and flexing or acting narcissistic,great staff even when im asked to put on my mask when walking around always polite, Chase is knowledgeable and polite always has a smile on his face

I haven’t been a member at a Gym for a very long time. I decided to check this facility out. I was helped by Raul. He was very friendly and informative as to the different membership options and answered all my questions. I was very impressed at how well kept and clean this facility is. Which was very important to me due to the pandemic going on. I decided to sign up!

The staff was super informative. Nice and clean environment, with a nice welcome. I got a 24 hour pass and the showers were awesome with hot water and great pressure. And all the extras from massage chairs and tanning💕 Jackie the manager was super open and made you feel at home.

This gym is absolutely amazing and by far the best campus that I have visited! What makes this gym run so smoothly are the staff. I have never been to planet fitness and failed to get a greeting or a friendly conversation from them. Special shout out to three staff members there (Jackie, Chris, and Ana). A fraudulent account was opened in my name as I live nowhere near the facility I cannot come into said facility anytime in the near future and person answering phones absolutely refuse to let me talk to a manager refuse to cancel or refund the money never have I stepped into a planet fitness not even once in my life nor do I plan to horrible customer service

Very large size gym compared to the old Planet Fitness I went to. Well kept and many more features I didnt have before, along with an easy transfer procedure and keeping a budget friendly price make this gym the best around.
