On my hubby’s bday I decided to take him to have the barber shop experience! Yes....he’s a first timer! Jose gave him the works! Perfect hair cut, hand razor shave with heated towel and some great smelling after shave! The shop upheld and maintained COVID safety precautions. Very impressed! My buddy has been trying to get me to go to this shop for a while now. It took me a while, but I finally got around to going to the shop. I must say, I was impressed. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the barber was very welcoming. He was able to cut my hair just the way i wanted, and the shave was super smooth. It was a little out of my way, but the drive was well worth it! I Highly recommend Edge of the Razor to anyone who sees this!

I went here about a week ago to get a haircut and a shave. I was very pleased with the end result of it all. They took their time to make sure it was done right and asked me how it looked along the way from start to finish. The owner even took extra time to show me a couple ways to make my hair look fuller since I have natural thin light color hair. Next time I plan on taking my son with me to get his done there as well.

I visited Edge of the Razor Barber Shop on a Saturday right after opening. The shop was nice and clean. The staff was amicable and professional. They paid close attention to detail with my haircut, and the price was fair. I highly recommend Edge of the Razor Barber Shop and will continue to visit them in the future.

I have been to this shop several times for a hot shave on my head and beard trim. They always take their time and care about you getting the correct cut. Even if someone is sitting in the chair they do not rush, they focus on each client individually.I have also been the person waiting in the chair for my turn, and of course it is never fun waiting in a chair, but when you sit down and they give you the same care and attention as the last person the wait does not seem to matter as much.If you want a quick cut, maybe do not come here. If you want a quality cut from a professional barber, then come, wait your turn, and receive just that!

They were so patient with my son who has sensory issues!!! He just doesnt like certain touches and hes super shy. He got a fantastic cut and a cool batman car at the end. He left with a giant smile and I left with some great product ideas to take his double cowlick!

We took our 2 year in today for his first haircut. He was a little upset at first, but they were great with him and by the time he was in the chair (with daddy) he was calm. They took their time and even educated us on some dos and donts of cutting/caring for a young childs hair. He walked out with a First Haircut certificate that was an extra special touch to the whole experience. We will be back for sure!

Best cut and shave in town. This is a husband and wife team that have completely changed the way I see a barber shop. My first time in over a year ago, the owner took the time to get to know me - I do a comb over parted to the side, and after examining my head, he determined that my hair grows in the opposite direction of the way ive parted my hair... I now part my hair to the direction he suggested and BOOM! No more cowlicks, no more awkward stays - my hair looks much more professional and groomed now.Ive continued to go here for the past year and the owner has changed the shampoo, conditioner and oils I use on my scalp and face - not products he sells and he does not push brand names on me, rather he suggests products with containing or not containing certain chemicals.100% recommend both the husband and wife team at edge of the razor. As an added bonus, they usually have great movies or tv playing.

We have been going here for a year now, every time we go in the owner is very rude to us. Today he was unbelievably rude when I told my grandson to sit in his chair and I would have his wife take care of me. He literally scolded me in front of other customers asking why i didn’t think his wife couldnt do a good job on my grandsons hair, that was not the case at all. He has been the one cutting his hair for a year but he doesn’t remember us. He never remembers us when we walk in. He kept going even after we had the cape on. I asked his wife to remove it and we left. We will not be treated this way by anyone.

Very fair pricing on haircuts, but both times I’ve visited I’ve had to have two people cut my hair there on the same visit. Yesterday I visited and left with a haircut I was not satisfied with. His wife is the other barber and she isn’t as experienced with ethnic hair as the owner so he had to step in on both visits to fix my fade he would fade one side and she would do the other as if she was learning how to do it. So I ended up having 2 different fades on the sides of my head. VERY noticeable after I showered, enough that I had to go to another barber to fix. I like the old school vibe and the straight razor shave is GREAT, they are also very friendly. I just wish I wasn’t used as a training tool on both of my visits. I gave it a shot twice and both occasions left with not quite satisfied with my haircut.

Ok, took my son here because I was looking for a new Barber for him. Long story short, the other place I took him to, closed. I was searching online and found this place. Great reviews, so decided to give it a shot. WOW!! Very friendly and family oriented. Very clean. Love how they talk to the customers and get to know them. Did a fabulous job on my sons hair. Going to take my husband here, so he can get a nice shave. Loyal customers from now on.

Worst experience at a barber shop in memory. The cut is actually not too bad, he just cut it the way he wanted, ignoring absolutely every single thing I said. If you like to gamble, go in and see what he decices you want because Jose sure wont listen to what you want. This will take a year to grow back so I can do what wanted.

I had found the perfect barber shop in plant city for my husband and my sons but they said we disrespected them I dont know how if we are not disrespectful and Cecilia was the perfect one because she worked well with kids and especially my son that has ADHD and never stay still .... thats the last time I go ... Im not gonna to a place where they say I disrespected them and not knowing what was the problem that was rude ... plus they ACCIDENTLY hurt my sons head where he was getting a hair cut and started crying because she sniped him wrong and i didnt do anything about it because i was thoughtful and said it was okay it was an ACCIDENT instead of making a big deal and sueing them
