Out of the whole Walmart this salon is the only thing in here that gets things done went in with the worse hair cut and the lady fixed it i didnt think it was fixable but she did an awesome job this os the only salon i will be going to from now on because 2 i jave came here to fix another salons mess up to be fixed!💗

Makayla was awesome she did a great job and ai love my haircut its perfect. I didnt cut my hair for almost 2 years cause I didnt really need to but I had decided to go and get it cut down and I told her what I wanted and she delivered great place and great people

The lady that took care of me was very unpleasant amd unfriendlt also inshe told me she couldnt blow my hair after washing it cos she had another customer wich i feel was very wromg amd i was not happy with my hair cut at all

Had an awesome experience with stylist Amber Wiggins at the location in Plant City Florida. Very friendly and took her time to create a new look for me that I was very happy with. Highly recommended!

Worse experience ever my hair was no where near like the picture I showed amber the manager, I ask for a rose gold not highlight she did highlight and they turned orange, I kept asking her and showing her the picture and she said o well we dont have rose gold i did a rose file before and it was kinda orange after she said this is the closest I can get, then she said what can I do to fix it so I showed her a different picture so it could be easier and still nothing she said I cant do nothing else today you still have to pay $147 and come next week to fix it she did not give me any discount and its not even close to the picture I showed her at all.

These people sucks and can not do ethnic hair but claimed they could. I showed pictures of the style desired and came out looking like Aunt Ester. But the manager styled my hair and said she had 30 plus years experience . Don’t waste your time nor money here!

Dont know why these folks even have an appointment book. They dont honor it or even pay attention to it. I showed up 3 minutes before they officially opened and the girl I was scheduled with was shampooing someone else. Totally unprofessional. Also, the shop is... dirty.

I went in just as the young lady was opening and asked about getting my hair colored. I was excited as Id never had my hair professionally colored. I showed her a picture of what I wanted (chocolate granite) and explained why I wanted it. She kept coming up with different ideas, I kept going back to what I wanted, until I finally told her I shouldnt have to beg for it and left. This was my year to myself for my 52nd birthday and I am beyond let down

Asked for some long subtle layers on my waist length hair and the stylist butchered my hair and gave me a mullet (Im not even exaggerating, she hacked a bunch of layers at the top of my head around my eyeballs and left the very bottom layer long and thin). I was too embarrassed to even say anything since she was the only one there and I had to go to another salon to get my hair somewhat fixed. They were really horrified by what she did to my hair, and I still feel so bad evertime I pass a mirror. Now I have a really short bob with super short layers and have to spend the next few years growing my hair back out. My reciept says that the stylists name was Amber.

I went here to get a coloring and it came out spotted! This wasn’t too long ago but I felt I needed to write a review because the man that did my hair there ruined it!!!! The man told me he felt bad and would see if he could have me come back for cheap so he could fix it but never called me. I wasn’t planning on coming back to begin with but the fact he still didn’t try to fix his mistake. I would stay away from this place.
