I wasnt sure about contacting a tax resolution company but if so, I was going to give a local office a try. So far so good. I filled out my info on line and was immediately contacted by Maya. She was responsive, receptive and respectful. She really mad me feel at ease with the process, so much that I felt like I kmown her for years. My resolution is still in the early stages but everything Maya said was going to happen..happened. After working out the basic things to get started Maya said I would be contacted same day by someone who would be assisting with my case. A couple of hours later, Jared contacted me and he was also professional and courteous. He then gave me some additional information and said I would be contacted by a tax resolution specialist handling my case. Guess what, in less than an hour a young lady(her name escapes me) introduced herself. She said it may be several weeks before my situation is resolved but said I could call anytime with questions or concerns. Like I said before, so far so good. I would have given a 5 but I plan to update my review once my situation is adjudicated.

Here is the comment you posted on our survey in case you just wanted to copy and paste I had to cancel my request for your services due to lack of funds (the $600 upfront fee required). If it werent for that, I most certainly would have continued with your services because of the wonderful, kind, helpful information I was given during my first call. Monique, your representative, was incredible! I really was very upset that I had to cancel. I would refer anyone to your company!
