DO NOT USE THIS POOL SERVICE! I hired Swimming Pool Repair Service of Plano to repaint my pool with epoxy prior to selling my home. They never showed up when promised and gave no advance notification even though I had paid half down as a deposit. When they finally did show up to paint they used acrylic instead of epoxy. And now the paint is peeling up from the pool surface. Roger Davis said hed send someone out to take a look and that they would make it right. No one ever showed. To make things worse I had to compensate the buyer since the pool has to be redone.A word of caution: I found this company on Angi/Homeadvisor and didnt do further research or I would have seen multiple negative reviews like this one. DO NOT assume that any contractor listed with Angi has been properly vetted.

I wish I could give zero stars. We actually hired them to do the project and Stevie was very charismatic, but thats where it ends. They did a horrible job! A one week job took three months and I still had to hire Tropix Remodels who completed it in 7 days. All we got was excuse after excuse as to why he didnt make an appointment, or why his crew didnt show up today or why our pool wasnt working properly. They owe me over $4000 that they refuse to pay even after I told them I would write a poor review. What I failed to do is look online and see how poor this company really is and how many bad experiences others had. I hate writing a bad review, but I gave them two months to correct their mistakes and they chose not too, so this is my only recourse. Please dont hire this company....there are many great ones out there to chose from. Good luck!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The owner exhibited the utmost of professionalism during the entire process. The work was executed expeditiously which also include a through cleanup. I received a follow up with the owner.

I am very disappointed in the service that was supposed to be provided to us for our pool and spa remodel. They did not complete the job and promised that it would be completed in a weeks time. The job site in our back yard was always left messy. We are disappointed that they have been so unprofessional with promises they arent fulfilling.

In order to explain how bad these guys are, I would have to write a literal book about the topic. Im serious when I say stay far, far away from this company. If you decide to risk it to save a dollar, it will cost you dearly in the end. Worst. Business. Ever.

SPRS resurfaced my very stained pool. The pricing was fair and Roger worked to find a solution that was within my budget. The team showed up on time and the work was done very well. I am very pleased with the new surface and highly recommend Roger and SPRS.
