Because our experience with Premier Pools and Spas Dallas was SO GREAT when we built a pool in our home in Frisco, TX, I invited them to build a SECOND pool in our next home in Celina, TX! PPAS builds a high-tech, high-quality swimming pool that is SO BEAUTIFUL! Not only did my family and I enjoy the first pool for over 3 years, the new buyers who purchased our home in Frisco enjoyed it as well! With out that pool, we would not have achieved TOP DOLLAR WHEN SELLING OUR HOME! The second pool was even BETTER! We added an oversized spa that could seat 12! It was so much fun to host parties & enjoy the spa with out being too close for comfort! We could operate our swimming pool and spa with the remote control on our phones! I loved turning on the heater and the LED Lights as we left the restaurant or ball games, and when we got home it was hot & ready! We also added an outdoor living room with a GORGEOUS Patio Cover at each home! These outdoor Oasis really helped add value & attraction to home & we got back way more in return that what we invested! If you want to work with the BEST, call PPAS! I do!I cant wait for them to build our THIRD POOL in Melissa, TX in 2022!

Kendal did a fabulous job creating a visual of our dream pool, which was helpful in seeing the vision. Everyone we dealt with was super nice and responsive. Especially Kendal and David Haney who were with us every step of the way and quick to respond with our many inquiries. I can honestly say I miss our many text exchanges, often giggling over the humor we shared. Highly recommend!!! The communication needs so much improvement. It was rare that we knew what was going on and there was no schedule of events. This business needs better management and hopefully with that they will gain better customer communication . I will say Ghram was great, even though he was not our direct project manager he always stepped up to get us answers to our questions and helped us when we asked. So many times I wanted to drive to the office location and know where our pool was at in the time line of completion. When we signed our contract we were given a 90 working day completion it turned into 270 working days! Hopefully they improve.

Overall great experience with Premier. Had an outstanding foreman to oversee the job. His name was Eli and always made himself available, checked on job frequently, and followed up. Love the pool. My only negative is initially my sales guy, designer was awesome but after the pool was built and final check sent I literally never heard from him even after I called and left several messages. I was a little disappointed 😞. Joe Garcia provided a great experience initially, but I was disappointed he didnt follow up and return my calls. I would have given them 5 stars! By the way, Kristin in service is awesome!

We had been researching pool companies back in 2020. We spoke to 3 other companies. When we met Dave Maia from Premier Pools, he was very confident and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions from preparing the backyard, construction to maintenance of the pool. He isn’t a high pressure salesman. He took note of all our wants and needs into consideration. When he came back with the design of our pool it was exactly what we were looking for. It matched our existing home perfectly. He was there every step of the way. We probably called on him more than we should have but he was always willing to answer any questions. He definitely went above and beyond. He is truly an upstanding person and a huge asset to Premier pools. Our project manager was David Haney and he ensured our project ran smoothly. With some delays caused by COVID, the holidays and then the freeze in February, David kept us posted every step of the way. He made sure to handle any issues that may have come up with construction. We were impressed with every stage and the professional crews that worked hard to provide us with our dream pool. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. We had searched for a pool company that was reputable, had a history of quality work and could design the pool we had envisioned for our family. We met with 5 other pool companies and decided to use Premier Pools for several reasons.When we met Mike Eva he was not only extremely personable but he was able to design a pool with everything we had asked for and he also suggested some other ideas we hadn’t thought of. Other companies had told us we couldn’t use flagstone for a free form pool or have a grotto in our size yard. Premier’s stone masons (Edgar and Aaron) are extremely talented and exceeded our expectations for our grotto/slide.We started our build in Nov 2019 we were swimming by April! Mike was great to work with, he was always quick to respond and kept in touch with us during the entire build process. He made the pool building experience a pleasure and we are very happy with the final outcome.

Kristen W. in the warranty and customer service department is very responsive, friendly and polite. We had a plumbing issue and were 6 mos. out of warranty, however, PPAS fixed the plumbing at no charge. It is refreshing to be able to work with such a professional.

Nightmare of a Pool company! Premier Pools and Spas Plano cant finish completely my Pool Project. They were hired in March 2018 even though their website says approximate time to build a pool is 6-8 weeks. The approx. completion date given by sales rep was July-Aug 2018 they will make you sign a paper with no completion date guaranteed, BEWARE! Pool was finished at in November 2018 JUST THE POOL, EXCEPT FOR: the spa features, pool features, 2 fire water bowl, 2 cascades, sunken grill with refrigerator, drawers and icebox, pump to prevent flooding, auto fill line, crooked deck lines that needed to be corrected, fire pit, door gates that were installed wrong and defective, (My dogs couldnt be in the backyard during 1 year) sprinkler system problems, wrong pool lights etc My family and I struggle and went thru a lot of stress during the construction process trying to talk to someone Sales rep, Construction Manager, Purchasing manager, etc to have a schedule for them to work because many times they left work construction laying there for several weeks. They would not call you to give you updates or the process. Sales rep responded with text messages with excuses. They would send an email whenever you made a payment to tell you what they finished and what the next process is. (They collect payments in parts as they finish each process) I made 7 payments throughout the process. The last payment I made was November 9th 2018 when they schedule for Plaster prep. I paid a total of $132,129.55 After that they kept giving several excuses for the construction delays like weather, materials in back order, etc I filed several complaints to their customer service website but seemed like they just ignored us. They left the project laying there in many occasions, from November 2018 until Feb 2019 they send workers just to do small things and left. I FILED A COMPLAINT with BBB to finish the job and fix all bad work done in APRIL 2019 and thats when they started to respond. They did some work in JUNE-JULY 2019 including my auto fill line that works by manually turning on the water faucet. They left some work unfinished again. A couple of weeks after they finished installing my water fire bowls, the pipes started melting and my water fire bowls are not functioning safely and are loose. Looks like they dont have professional plumbers. My sunken grill still have pipes and holes exposed too close to the surface floor that needs to get fixed, wall outlet in sunken grill doesnt work. I have been waiting for my refund on the countertops I paid for since last year. (I hired myself a contractor who bought and did the granite countertop job) and other things that needs to be finished. I filed a warranty request with their warranty department. on JULY 9th 2019 They have not been able to solve all the issues. IT IS MID SEPTEMBER 2019 and Aaron the warranty supervisor is not answering my calls or responding to my messages. When I call the front desk he is always in a meeting or unavailable. I am attaching some photos with the dates Ive taken them. Bad work performance, communication with customers, management, customer service. They need to take their job responsibilities and customers more serious.

Premier Pools & Spas in Dallas/Plano TX took my 20K check cashed it and never started I have a 20K+ Judgement against them Sept 2020 and they still have not paid me on the judgement-Unless they refund based on the Judgement, this is THEFT!

Asked me for a survey, quoted me $40-50K for a new deck and spa. When asked for deck price only, was told they only do decking when its a full remodel or new pool. When I said they were too expensive, response was ok sounds good have a good day sir. SUPER EXPENSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, WASTE OF MY TIME!!!

I just want to say that we had a great experience with Premier Pools & Spas. It was great working with Mike on our design which we had no clue of what we wanted and if it would be possible for our small yard. Our project manager, Greg, was very informative and responsive. With the pandemic and the weather, it delayed the completion of the pool but they kept us up to date on everything. Now, we are enjoying our pool and getting a lot of compliments from our family and friends. A co-worker who lives down the street will soon start his build. I must brag that my pool was used to film an instructional video on the equipment and maintenance for the company. A gentlemen from corporate and his wife loved our pool and landscaping.

Working with PPAS Dallas has been a blast! Everyone I’ve come in contact with so far has an immense passion for what they do, and are super friendly and helpful!

We started our pool journey a few months ago when I requested a quote from multiple builders. Although I read negative reviews, I had a gut feeling about my designer Scott Yoakum. I asked pointed questions about the reviews and he was very candid about where the company was and where they are now. I decided to go with Scott and Premier.Scott told me the build manager was top notch and he gets the job done. In walks Shawn. Shawn called me everyday the crew was at my house. He communicated what they were going to do, what they accomplished, and what I could expect next. He scheduled portions of the build and everything was completed on or ahead of schedule. I was extremely satisfied with Shawn and his management of the build as well as his almost daily updates.Everything really fell into place on my build. From ground breaking to WATER IN THE POOL was 30 days.My pool build experience was positive with Premier Pools and Spas. I couldn’t ask for a better build manager than Shawn and Scott Yoakum, my designer, was ON POINT every step of the way. Scott made himself available every step of the way, showing up at my house because he was in the area and wanted to see if I had questions or being on site for various portions of the build (at a minimum twice a week).Scott, thank you for the attention to detail and the time you spent making our pool building experience extremely positive. I am going to start out with the positives. Our pool turned out beautiful and we are very happy with it. Although there were some periods where it felt like it was never going to get completed, it did get completed right under 90 days from dig day. Signed contract in March, Dig Day was mid-May and it was complete end of August. I am just now writing this because I wanted time to make sure everything was in working order and it is. I had a few warranty issues with a light that took a while to resolve.However, because of the frustration of the lack of communication and us having to constantly follow up and push to get things done....I would not use Premier again. Our sales guy left so that was part of the problem. Sometimes we would text, call, leave messages and no one would follow up for weeks. Unless, it was time for them to collect $. It was highly frustrating. There were other things here and there that come with building a pool and we except that but customer service is NOT good. I am hoping that things have changed with that because they do build quality pools.

We have had an incredibly positive experience with Premier. Teddy was the salesman/pool designer and put ideas to paper. He was clear in what we should expect throughout our pool buying adventure. Our superintendent David has been spectacular! His communication is timely and accurate. David shows up to the job often when contractors are here and even when they are not. He checks on us often and has exceeded expectations related to time management. David is AHEAD of schedule by 8 weeks. We have been very satisfied with the sub contractors who are respectful of our property and time. Finally, at no point in this process have we felt unsupported by the Premier home office. Our visits to the office have been met by assorted managers and supervisors all who express their sincerest interest in customer service.

Great experience so far! Teddy was great through the initial planning phase in making sure we got everything we wanted from a design perspective and staying on budget. Dave has been super easy to work with during the construction phase and has pushed the project along nicely. Excellent communication through both phases. Can’t wait to see the final product, and of course, use it!

This review is only for the build side of Premier as the service side has been amazing. We spend more than $160,000 to build our dream pool/backyard with Premier and the worst experience. Took 15 months to build our pool with continuous excuses. Terrible project management, communication, professionalism and workmanship. They collected their last check and Totally cut communication regarding our punch list that they promised and signed that they would finish.

I use Premiere Pools & Spa for their cleaning service for my small water feature pool (like a small swimming pool). Even though the pool is small, the service they provide is excellent. The pool tech is dependable and efficient and does a thorough job. The office personnel are friendly and helpful. Their service is excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Premier Pools and Spas for the past few years since I purchased my house and couldnt be happier. Aaron has always been courteous on the administrative side. And, Dylan has always been professional and timely with his services maintaining my pool. Dylan does a great job making sure the pool is clean and the chemicals are balanced. Overall, I highly recommend their service.

From beginning to end Premire Pools came through for us, even during a pandemic! From listening to our design ideas with Mike to our project manager Greg being a quick phone call or text away throughout the whole process, we had a good experience with Premiere Pools.My wife and two kids and I are now enjoying our pool this summer!

This was the absolute worst experience we could have ever had with a pool company. Please know that for anyone that recommends them to you, the ownership has changed in the last few years. Our pool took 9 months to finish, longer than our new house took. The project literally stopped for months and no one would tell us why, lots of excuses (found out recently from another company that they got a cease work order because they were not paying their subs). I could go on and on about how they charged us for things that weren’t done, the fact that the patio was not completed to their description, and how my husband spent hours on end on the phone trying to understand and rectify the situation, but that will never fix it. We finally said to close it out so we could call it done and never have to deal with them again.

We have very pleased with the progress of our pool. The team (Thomas) listened to what we wanted and create a plan that fits our needs along with our budget. Our project manager, Greg, provides constant communication on the progress and next steps of the installation. Highly recommend!

We met with Chris Dudley and thought we were going to get the pool of our dreams. The design process was awesome! Put our 2,000 down and waited..and waited! 12 weeks..still NADA! They play the game until they have so do something. We did get a refund and went with a proven pool company. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE! Y’all need to step up your game!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We signed the contract in September - to date the work is not completed. There are 2 large hazardous holes in our yard that the project manager is aware of and witnessed me almost fall in the hole 3 weeks ago and still has not resolved the problem. Our pool cost was well 100K, the sales rep Mike mistakenly copied my sister and on a text between him and Joe and they were cracking jokes because we needed to split the payment among multiple cards. Week over week they lie about a completion date and they do not answer the phone . This is the worst company imaginable. At this point we will need to hire an attorney and pay someone else to finish the pool. In all good faith PLEASE RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We researched several pool companies and based on reviews and customer feedback, we chose Premier Pools and Spas. We met with Teddy and he was awesome during the entire presale process. He was up-front with his answers and treated us with enthusiasm and professionalism. We just picked out our materials and are anxious to get the project started! Aaron spent several hours with us to help us pick out the materials and we asked him probable more questions than the typical customers, but he never tired and stayed late to help us through the process.

Adam in your Plano store completely no showed us at our design meeting. He never called didn’t respond at all. No one at the showroom called us back at all after I left a voicemail. It was completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Your company is a joke!And their response just shows how much they don’t pay attention. They want to know which location? It says right there PLANO... who was it? Again right there in the black and white sales mans name ADAM. IT SAYS ADAM IN YOUR PLANO STORE NO SHOWED US AND MADE NO EFFORT TO REACH OUT. HIS NAME IS ADAM NOT MINE. GEEZE, your company plans and developes but can’t read. Even more disappointed in your company

We are so happy with how our pool, pavilion, and deck came out. We started in the rainy season with delays, but love the finished project. Wish I could give NO STAR. We started out pool back in April 2019 and it is still not completed. Initially we got a pathetic salesman. After complaining about him, sales manager took it over. In the beginning it worked well but then the ownership/management changed. Now we are back to square one. No communication even the phone number in the email from the sales manager is incorrect. We are almost hitting our anniversary of signing the contract and still getting a run around to finsih.The only sane person in the entire company is superintendent David who makes an effort to get things done.Highly recommended do your research before signing a contract. Not a good company to work with.

AWESOME company for sure! I have worked with Premier for a few years now and can honestly say I have enjoyed it. I work with their supervisors and office staff and they are all pleasant and efficient to work with. I am fortunate to also work directly with their customers and hear on a regular basis how happy they are with the work Premier is doing. I am excited to see more pools and outdoor living from them in the future and thrilled that I get to continue working with them!

Have dealt with premier for 3.5 years now and could not be more pleased! Sean and Amy are top notch and are always willing to help at the drop of a hat. Their customer service has exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend this company.

We signed the contract on our pool end of feb 2020, it’s June 17th and we cannot get a response back from the company on when the next steps of the pool will be finished. They have dropped the ball at literally every step.-The wrong size digger showed up and pushed our start back 2 days-Constant lack of communication-Ran out of tile-Failed inspection because they didn’t know the pool code-Took 2 weeks of no answer to get them to come back to lay out the deck, when they finally laid it out it took 3 weeks before they poured. We had grass growing through the sand they poured and we had a back yard full of medal pools just sticking up for kids to hurt themselves as they had basically no fence left standing to block off the back yard-They left a ton of standing water, again with no fence putting us in a very compromising liability stateWe are now two weeks from when they poured the deck, can’t get them to give me a date for plaster, they were supposed to be out the last 2 week to install pool equipment and clean up and now I can’t get them to respond.I would use any other company over them.

Small pool build took 8+ months due to multiple issues throughout construction (listed below). Expected 2-3 months.There was an issue with nearly every phase of construction due to Proj. Mgr. lack of oversight.After months of emailing and calling the warranty dept, Ive had very little response, with multiple items still not corrected.Buyer BEWARE - PPAS CONTRACT requires payment IN-FULL prior to each phase with a cashiers check BEFORE any work is done. This leaves customers with very little recourse in the event of poor workmanship or extended delays in projects.PPAS contract includes a BINDING ARBITRATION clause, to prevent lawsuits.Noticed that PPAS has multiple reviews created by EMPLOYEES.----------------------------ISSUES:-Drawings provided to proj. mgr were incorrect after we had sent updates 2-3 weeks prior to start of construction.-Slope on the bottom of the pool was incorrect during dig. Proj. mgr. said he could correct with gunite, but did not. No solution provided or offered by PPAS. No discount offered.-Gas line installed in incorrect location. Was moved after inspection, and not re-inspected by the city, as required, per code.-Infinity edge at spa was built incorrectly, and we had to notify Proj. mgr prior to Gunite since he was not on site to check project.-Stone tile was installed incorrectly on spa edge. Proj. mgr. said he could not install per the approved design. Sales rep. had to provide a solution.-After 3 months, we noticed that the 2nd pool pump had not been installed. Proj. mgr. was unaware after all gunite and plumbing had been completed months prior, since he was rarely on site.PPAS then had to dig up the yard again to plumb and install.-1 month later, PPAS discovered they had not installed a bypass valve for the 2nd pump, so they dug up the yard again.-Fence and grading crews returned 3 times before correcting issues.-Concrete pad had to be demod and re-poured due to poor repairs around umbrella/volley ball inserts. New pad does not match, and new inserts were concreted in, so warranty crew chipped out concrete, causing a bigger issue. Still not corrected.-1 jet in the spa is not working properly. Still not corrected.-Sprinkler head buried in ground, still not corrected.-umbrella/volley insert leans 20-30 degrees, not corrected.-PPAS provided $300 worth of sod for the 5 extra months of delays and continued construction and warranty issues after requesting a reasonable 10% discount. $300 was equal to 1/2% discount.

Been working with the Wonderful people at Premier for the last 2 years and the experience has been amazing. They have an outstanding attention to detail for their customers and look for every opportunity to better the experience wherever they can. I would Highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas for any backyard dream a family has. Exceptional customer service and a great attitude and always someone to contact easily.

We signed our contract in September, to date we have a huge hole in our yard that family members have fallen into. We have been lied to week over week regarding a date of completion, my family was mocked by our sales rep for paying a 100k over multiple credits cards. We have been lied to regarding a completion date several times from the Project Manager. It has been 8 month’s we have no pool and the company is not returning calls. We are going to hire an attorney. DO NOT USE PREMIER POOLS they are thieves and not reliable.

Great company, Wonderful work! The employees were very nice. the pool was done in remarkable time and perfectly ready for the summer! They were very honest and worked with our budget to get everything we wanted. the pool looks great and has not had a single problem with it in the three years we have had it! Their customers service has always been available.

Currently having my pool built by Premier Pools and Spas in Plano and just a few weeks away from completion. Every major job is going to have some hiccups but each time Matt Hart and Aaron at Premier have stepped in to save the day!My overall experience from design to construction has been great. My pool is shaping up to be a show stopper !

Going to work on this review through the entire process - as of now, weve signed a contract and have paid a deposit.The first visit went great, design work, contract signing, etc. I had great communication and always on time. The design was what we asked for, and didnt include a hundred things we didnt ask for, and the few changes were made quickly and correctly.

Im giving them a one star on the previous ownership. If you come across the name Chris Dudley in the pool industry run. I was made aware of new management and ownership, which I met and were very professional and my deposit was returned.

Rough start but mainly due to weather and excessive rain. Project manager Eugene was great. Pool cleaning service is even better. Nice job guys. Keep up the great work. Fast forward - no more cleaning service in my area. So they basically sold me a pool they no longer service and are struggling to return calls and follow up with customers. Not sure I’d recommend this pool company to anyone.

Premier Pools has been a pleasure to work with since day 1. Everyone has been very friendly and SO helpful. Learning how to take care of a pool is not an easy thing to do even though the equipment is made to look so easy! Anytime I had a problem (that was usually user error on my part), Premier guys were willing to come over and show me what I needed to do! Their customer service is truly appreciated, even 2 years after my pool has been in the ground!

Premier pools and spas did an excellent job on our project. From the start Premier was amazing, the design that tackled all of our design challenges the first time and the price put them the clear choice above the 4 other top rated DFW pool builders we had look at the project! The construction was smooth and on time which is almost more than you can ask for in an outdoor construction project. Since the completion we have had a couple minor issues and premier addressed those rapidly and trouble free. We love our pool, patio, and outdoor kitchen that premier build us, it is where we spend all of our time.

My wife and I spoke to the sales manager Joe Garcia. He is a awful person, I don’t know how such a well established name lets someone like that work for them.

Worst company I’ve ever done business with. They messed up at every stage of the process and I had to call almost daily to get them to repair their mistakes. We had 5 different people work on our project as they kept quitting or getting fired. Project that should have taken less than 60 days took 10 months and they still owe me money. The owner said he was going to personally deliver our money once they were paid by our bank. Well here we are 3 weeks after paying and not a peep from anyone imagine that. Better hire someone to baby sit these people if you have already made the mistake of signing with this company your gonna need it. Next stop is the lawyers office and better business bureau even though I don’t think they care about the ratings anyway. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!

This past year we built our dream home and part of that build was our amazing backyard. They are a phenomenal team that customizes everything to your desires!!! We built a huge lagoon shaped pool. So far everything has been great and we have never been happier.

I called this company one time and started getting emails and I have unsubscribed from their email list at least 10 times and I still get their emails thats just terrible

He was not only concerned about your budget but getting you the utmost best for what you pay for. If you have any thoughts of a purchase of a pool - reach out to Chris he will give you the best and attention to detail is top notch. No this is not a sales pitch- my wife and I decided after many years of savings and looking through 4 contractors- taking your life saving is a hard decision and Chris made it flawless and for that I would like to say thank you for the wonderful experience. 5 stars all day and if I could add more I would.

Beware of this company. They do not pay their subs and you could end up with a lien on your property. This company will not be around much longer. Owner has had multiple failed pool companies. Just different names. Pay the 6k you owe to Metrodeck and we will talk about removing this.

They have not responded to warranty problems. They have not followed up on finish out requests. Do not use.We spent well $60k and are not satisfied. Stay away from this company.

BEWARE! Where do I even begin? We had originally started our pool search last year and sought bids from three different contractors, as most homeowners do. Premier came up with a nice design and presented us with a package well over $120K. Other bids came in within the same range, but due to a family concern with an ailing MIL, we decided to put our pool oasis on hold. We explained this at length with Premier and they seemed to be understanding and considerate to the situation. Then the games began!! Premier took our $2K deposit and cashed it. We made several attempts to reach someone at their location and even attempts to reach our salesperson. CRICKETS...we allowed the holidays to pass and began the process again with the same results. My husband was finally able to reach a new sales manger which proved to be helpful and he was concerned with our situation. We finally felt the communication lines were opening up. Our salesperson called us and began denying ever receiving any text or calls from us and was just SHOCKED that we would call his senior management. There is so much more to that conversation, but there is only so much time in the day. The sales manager had instructed his team to release our deposit of $2K back to us on January 28th. We began following up with the office team of Premier because as of February 12th, NO CHECK! We spoke to Alexa during this time and she assured us she would call us back, but CRICKETS, until today. Alexa answered the phone and assured me she would call me back, HAHAHAHA. Alexa was disrespectful and condescending while telling me I could pick my check up on Friday, February 14th. Needless to say, the check will be in the mail and if not received by February 18th, a complaint will be filed with the State Attorney General’s office. Think twice before you do business with this company!

Working with Steven Garcia from Premiere Pools was an awesome experience for us first time pool owners. A year later and he still checks on us. This was the most unbelievable process. Signed my contract July 2018. Work finally started in Sept 2018. I guess since it rolled over into the winter months, work ceased from November thru Jan 2019. Reached out to salesman with no response although he was having constant communication with a Friend trying to get his business. They went so far as to take a huge payment and went on a company cruise. I was livid. They put the filtration on the wrong side of my house and outside my gate. That was an HOA no, no. I refused to pay any more money until the gate was moved. That finally happened a month later. So the pool was finally completed in late March 2019 with a 4 week wait period for acid washing and water treatment. Its practically Summer. Who knew it would take practically a year for pool installation? Now, the sad part is that they took gutters off the side of my house and back of my house and left them lying around my yard. When it rains, water pours onto the patio. Ive asked several times for them to be replaced with no luck. Ive sent a complaint to their Corporate Office and no response. This is the worst company to deal with if getting a pool. So glad this process is over. Who do I have to call or email to get the gutters back on my house?? I need some compensation.

I had a very unique experience that started with a great design and ultimately ending with the warranty department going above and beyond listening to what I needed corrected, and helping get my pool ready to create memories for years to come. The experience at first was great. We got a backyard pool with almost everything we wanted. The finished product however was terrible and I had to withhold money from them to get them to fix areas that sub-contacted companies hired by them screwed up. They put in grass in November 17’, of coarse it is now spring and half is dead! They didn’t bid enough grass and wanted me to pay extra for this. They destroyed my patio that was in place after I stained it. They promise certain things up front and then don’t follow through. I would definitely recommend that you find another company for your pool needs, due to the lack of support they provide after taking your money! There are numerous other things they did not fix but that would take up to much of my time! Hope this review helps!

Great Company!!!!!!!!!! We love doing their customers landscaping! They won #1 in Customer Satisfaction in 2017 out of 6,000 pool builders according to Pool and Spa news Top 50. I have met dozens and dozens of their customers and they ALL love Premier Pools and Spas!

We cant even get Premier Pools and Spas to return our phone calls or emails. We met with them in person during the first week in September 2015. Then, we e-mailed our floor plan on 9/10/2015. The design rep said it was exactly what he needed to produce a few design options and quotes. We were excited. I have followed up via email on 10/8/2015, 10/24/2015 and 11/18/2015. Weve also left several voice mails. Weve practically begged Premier Pools and Spas to give us the opportunity to hire them, but they are completely non-responsive. Based upon all of this, I would not feel comfortable hiring this company to work for us. If they ever contact us to apologize and offer to provide a competitive quote, I will publish a new review, but Im not going to hold my breath!

This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a contractor. They have shown 0 respect for my wife and I as the customer and it has been like pulling teeth to get the forman or salesman on the line and to our house. This installation has been a miserable experience. I would NEVER recommend Premier Pools

I requested a major pool modification and spent a couple of hours with Matt. After two months called to get status on quote and was told, they thought I had cancelled bid request. After recognizing we had not requested to stop the process Matt stated I would receive his concept and bid in one week. Three weeks later after making another request of Matt, I received an Email saying we no longer do remodels. Chain jerked three times and did not give me the courtesy of giving me a call but chose to send an email.

In 2013 we know that all our house was missing was a pool. After much research and a few designs from other companys we picked Premier Pools and Spas to build our pool. They came to our house on our schedule and helped us custom design the perfect pool for us. The communication during the construction was great, we always knew what was going on. I even changed my mind on the type of rock i wanted the table made of during construction and they just took care of it. They build a beautiful quality pool. The pool was perfect we had no need to contact them sense. This year I was having problems with the pool and did not know who to ask call for help, so I called Premier Pools and Spas hoping that they would be able to give me some direction as how to resolve the issue. They resoled the issues I was having and once again gave us the best customer service I have ever had!!! Thank you Premier Pools and Spas for outstanding customer service.Update, i am once again trying to get this company to work with issues with my pool, they rude and unwilling to help thier customers. i thought i was with a good company but it has not been a good relationship for the customer after the sale. good luck with this company customer service after the pool is built!! Buyer be ware!!

We are very happy we had the opportunity to work with Premier Pools & Spas. It was a little scary in the construction phase when we saw our backyard started to be dug up. But they kept it clean and tidy. We were so pleased with our finished product.

As a trade partner I highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas of Dallas. They are a great company to work for and see how they take care of there customers. They always go the extra mile!

I have called them 3 times! each time I call leaving a message with name and my phone number no one has called me back. They will never call you back when they say they will you have to keep on top of them if you dont you will be forgotten.Update: 6/28/16 Still have not returned my call and I have called them again! We got a remodel with them and love it. The pool looks 100 times better and it doesnt have this aged-pool grime. The designer we had was great. Construction moved quick. Only hiccups were because of weather. Everything else went extremely smooth.

We had them come out and give us a quote, ended up going with a wonderful company and could not be happier with our pool. After reading all the news stories about how this company handled a negative review from a client, I am soooo happy we did not do business with them. The Consumer Review Fairness Act entitles everyone to share their honest opinion about a business... and this is mine!In response to Aaron... I’m glad I did not do business with this company due to how it handled a negative review by a client. Ridiculous! It was all over the news! Own up to your mistakes and correct them. Bad reviews don’t harm a business, poor business practices harm a business. Don’t threaten people and you’d have a better business. Still happier than I could have imagined with the company I went with, and even MORE happy I didn’t go with you.

We had a pool built by premier two years ago and I’ve had no issues. The building process went well and we were overall pleased with the whole process we would recommend this company to anyone of our friends.

We have had a few problems with grout Premier came out and fixed our two year old pool yesterday and did not charge us. They did a really great job.

The warranty department was amazing. They were patient and answered all my questions.

Premier Pools and Spas has been a joy to work with. Their designs are cutting edge and the construction team pays attention to detail. I would recomend building with them.
