Run!! Stay Away From This Place!!! Corporate is a complete Ripoff! I was billed for $230 each month of Co-Vid even though the general office area I rented was completely closed to me. I cancelled my account and they still billed me. I called and e-mailed there corporate offices and they were rude, ignorant and refussed to credit me. Next, they sent me and my company to collections for $1900.00. Can you believe it? I had to pay to avoid the credit judgment on my new start-up company. Dont get trapped by these rip-offs!!! I saw your political response. My reply is that I contacted Spaces local and corporate numerous times and they were rude, obnoxious and indifferent to the simple and clear fact that it was unfair to bill me for a rental space they completely closed-off to me. What a rip-off!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Despite cancelling my services with the appropriate notice they needed, they are aggressively attempting to take me to collections for $111 for a one month of service even though the month that they are trying to charge me for they were closed during the lock down of the pandemic. This is pure insanity. Despite calling and creating a ticket to try to speak to someone all I keep getting is aggressive collection instead of a manager who can just pick up the phone and call me. I will never use your offices ever again and will never recommend you to anyone.
