This is a great facility. Always very clean and the staff are always very accommodating. I’ve been with them now for 5+ years and have never had any problems. Ana is the main front desk and office manager. She is always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend meridian for any of your business needs.
We have been a long term tenant here at Work Suites for over 8 years. We have been so pleased with the staff that works here, they are very professional and attentive. We continue to office out of our location because you get a multitude of extras, not to mention clean offices, professional staff and convenient location.

I’ve had such a good experience with Worksuites in Plano, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I’ve had my office here for three years and there’s never been a time when my needs or wants weren’t a priority. This place values their people. The prices are fair and the staff is excellent.

Id like to positive reviews when I can make the time, and this one was long overdue. Meridian has done a great job of keeping me loyal to their office plan. Im been with them over 7 years already. Of course, key people like Ana at the front desk makes a huge reason why Im still with Meridian.
Nice clean office spaces, up-to-date appliances, nice receptionists (Ana Young is like everyones cool aunt and endeavors to make everyone comfortable). Losing one star just because of the office temperature...central cooling can get really cold in some offices in the summer. Otherwise, excellent service.

The staff is temporary right now. Best temporary staff ever! I’m hoping they find permanent staffing that is mature, honest, competent and has a great serving attitude! They try to keep the offices and conference room clean and updated. There is some furniture that needs fixing/replacing but it’s passable for right now. They tend to have copier issues pretty often which ends up in days without the good copier although I realize sometimes they are awaiting a part of something. The copier situation can be a huge hassle and I wish they’d just replace the copier with a new copier just like that one but that actually doesn’t break down every other week. All in all, it’s a great place because of the staff! Love Cynthia & I truly hope they find a really good office manager and front desk person. Maybe even a second front desk person considering all the calls and the high traffic walking into the office.10.13.2020 Updated! I still love the staff. Now permanent. Abby Poelker & Raylynn Lawson are at the front desk alternating most of the time. They are super careful with the cleanliness, keeping doors open to reduce having to open with hands, plexiglass on the desk, rooms completely disinfected before and after use, wearing masks, social distancing when possible, etc. Abby & Raylynn go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. They are super accommodating!
