I highly recommend this billing company. Their staff is courteous and always does a good job. They are thorough and on top of it! Ive dealt with other billing companies before and this one is far superior to any of those. They really understand the challenges of running a medical practice and are very helpful and creative in their approach to billing. Im glad that we chose to go with this company. You will be too.

This billing company is by far the best out there! Accurate compliant billing is the key to a doctors practice. Trusting a billing company is also crucial to practice. There are so many things that can be missed and overlooked in the midst of trying to run a practice, oversee staff, keep up with patient charts etc. CoreMD focuses on billing so the doctors practice can focus on patients. Many practices fail do to billing errors.... that won’t happen if you choose this group!! They are INCREDIBLE

Misrepresentation of Facts. We inquired about a billing issued by this company on behalf of our doctor. We received one single bill that was supposedly from a procedure performed 7 month earlier for a nominal amount. However, when we received the bill, it showed to be 120 days late and headed for collections. When we inquired, we had to leave a message. They never returned our call, so we called back. When I spoke with the agent, she claimed she had spoken with my wife the day before. FALSE. My wife never spoke with her. She also claimed they had sent 5 previous bills. FALSE. We never received any previous bills or would have researched and paid them. My wife then called back and spoke to the representative. The rep proceeded to tell her the same lie. This company is very poorly run, at best and is unethical, at worst. Going forward, we will screen our doctors to make sure they are not using this billing company prior to seeing them. If they are, we will move on.

I was having some billing issues due to two separate bills for two different injuries one covered by auto insurance and the other by my own medical insurance. The way some insurance companies and auto insurance covers medical expenses can get really confusing. So after a bunch of confusion I spoke to a representative at Core MD who seemed to actually want to help me figure it all out and work with me to pay it off.She took the time to explain in detail how they cover. She looked into the balances and talked me through the charges. She was patient with me as I was struggling to understand. She was really nice and knowledgeable and was thankful she was the one who helped. Thank you CoreMD for your professionalism and compassion.
