I worked at Business Advisors MD during the summer of 2021 and working at the company was a great pleasure. They offer opportunities for growth and encourage a positive work environment. I learned a lot during my time at the company.

I worked at this company in the summer of 2021 and it was a wonderful experience. I was able to learn a great deal from everyone; it really sparked my interest to work in healthcare. Working here allowed me to be in a highly professional environment but also feel comfortable to ask for help regarding any matter. Kash, Geetika, and all the employees were extremely welcoming and understanding to me and all newcomers in the field. While given work that was enjoyable and somewhat straightforward, I was also able to work on claims/billings that were more challenging than others which really helped me learn more about the ins & outs of the occupation. Everyone works exceedingly hard and pulls through on necessary deadlines. Overall, I was grateful to work at such a flexible and pleasant place.

Business Advisors MD is one of the greatest companies with work from home job options in medical billing. Really, I am feeling very comfortable working from home, especially for women. Owners and TL always encourage and appreciate the work. I am really proud of working in BAMD. Good leadership & Management and also always helping employees. I am learning more in BAMD. I interned for Kash and Geetika the summer of 2021, and had a great experience working for the company. As a student interested in healthcare, working on the backend side of insurance billing gave me some insight into the business of medicine--a perspective I otherwise would not have seen given my regular classes/clinical internships. Both Kash and Geetika were kind and very accommodating, and I learned quite a bit working in a professional environment.

Kash Tandon and Geetika Lonial are the owners of this company. I was a billing manager there. I resigned 08/09/2021, following a family emergency. Kash has withheld my check, due to discrepancies and falsehoods in my time sheet. He has not informed me of the discrepancies or falsehoods, he has not replied to any of the emails I have sent him. This time sheet is tracked on an excel spreadsheet and emailed to Kash and Geetika at the end of the day. He has now since, deleted my email so that I’m not able to obtain copies of my time sheet that I have sent. This is illegal. He also states in his policy that overtime worked will not be compensated at a higher rate. This is also illegal under FLSA laws. This is a terrible company to work for. Outdated, illegal practices, open investigations. This is my first review on an employer ever, I have worked for some terrible management but never any management that is willingly violating Texas State Laws. Save yourself and don’t work here.

The BAMD team is top-notch. If you want to actually get on top of your revenue cycle, this is the place. I can’t speak to others who have left poor reviews. I can only surmise they aren’t a business-minded practice. What I can say is that RCM is the most important part of any medical enterprise and Kash and his team have secured our success.

They did not resolve my billing issue where I was overcharged. Now a year later, I am having to resolve myself.
