Im an over the road truck driver and Damien easily worked with my scheduled home time, he and his crew were punctual and completed the work on schedule. I had them refinish my floors. The finished results were excellent and as promised. Im very happy with my floors and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks to Damien and his crew!

We just used Heritage Floors to install hardwood floors in our home. I spoke with several companies, heritage was the only one willing to come to our home and do the measurements with no questions asked. They were friendly, professional and honest. We knew from the beginning that this was the company we needed to use. They were super patient with all of my requests for scenarios and working through the budget to make sure our needs were met. The crew was amazing! They were punctual, professional and extremely kind. The team has worked together for Heritage for many years and that speaks volumes about the company/owners. We have a lot of large, heavy furniture and they took great care when moving. The owner Paul stopped by the job each day to make sure it was going according to plan. Our finished product was perfect! We will be using Prestige for many more projects. I could not imagine working with anyone else.

We recently relocated to McKinney and wanted to expand our new homes existing hardwood floors from the main hall and den to throughout the house. The scope extended hand-scraped hardwood floors through the first floor and in the public landings and hall of the second floor. This meant removing rooms of carpet, laying down red oak planks, sanding originals, hand-scraping and staining all to match. To complicate the job, we were going to be out of the country for a while, so we needed a company we could trust to do the job with little supervision.We chose Heritage and met Tony who helped us with both the vision and execution of the project (a big one as hand-scraped hardwood floors apparently go). The experienced crews were excellent and exhibited well-disciplined craftsmanship. The floors match perfectly from the original entry to the upstairs hallway. Tony also chose and managed complementary crews (stairs crew, trim painting crew, finishing crews, etc.). For our remaining bedrooms, Heritage finished these rooms with carpeting. Everything looks great!We found the cost of the project competitive and the work quality exceptional. Yes, we would both use Heritage Harwood Floors again and would highly recommend them to others.Pat & Leah G.

I would definitely recommend using Heritage Hardwood Floors. They have a huge selection and their customer service was great. My husband and I are very picky and they were really patient with our decision process. I have gotten several compliments on my new wood floors.

Heritage did a great job on our floors. They replace carpet throughout our house with beautiful hand scraped hardwoods It was a messy process, but Heritage put our house back together beautifully. Heritage did a great job for us. In 2012 I laid used white oak that had varying thickness, paint, and stain. It was a dark and ugly mess when I turned it over to them. Went out of town for a couple of days and had the most amazing, beautiful floor that blended perfectly with the adjacent oak flooring. Flooring still looks great 4 1/2 years later. Very nice, very professional, very reasonable.

Heritage installed Hand Scraped Red Oak flooring over concrete in 2005. The floors are beutiful with no problems to date (2013). We just purchased this home and were renovating. Because I wanted floors down first... then paint the walls, we had a couple of issues. The painters got overspray on part of our floors. Heritage was not that happy about it but re-sanded and re-finished at no extra charge. That is going above and beyond. Dameon was our project coordinator and was prompt about returning calls and working with us. From reading the other review, perhaps there is some inconsistency with job coordinators. I did not give excellent because of one thing. I wanted to install the shoe mold after the walls were painted. Heritage did not want to come back for that so I agreed they would cut and place but not nail down. I was then to nail down later. When I got the shoe mold it was cut in many small pieces, some less than a foot. So I could never put the puzzle together to fit the rooms. Shoe mold is still not on and is a constant source of needling from the wife.I should also say that we shopped 6 or 8 installers. Heritage presented very professioanlly with thier plan and how it would work. I have always been hesitant about putting wood floors over concrete but thier plan made sense and quieted my concerns. They also came in significantly less expensive than all of the others.I do have one problem... not a Heritage issue. I had some water penetration caused by a broken sprinkler head. Some moisture got under the floor and caused buckling. I am calling Heritage to repair.
