Its a pity and ashame the way this Casey woman respond to me when I call to speak with the recruiter Carly. She is very rude and blatantly disrespectful. I was inquiring about a call center position that you all sent me an email saying that youre hiring for and she completely cut me off so I started calling and asking for the recruiter that I spoke with when I was out there, when then snapped me up and lied and said that she is not available which I definitely did not and do not believe. You all need a more professional person answering your phone and they also need not to show the way they/ she truly feel about certain people. Its just ridiculous

Well i worked with this company they sent me out to work i stayed in the assignment for two months and was told i wouldnt be there long just until they heard back from a better paying one... Well i never got the phone call to start the new job and on top of that i was lifting over 50 pounds of fiber alone at the job they assigned me to. Now when i call for work no one returns your call i drive all the way from grapevine you would think they could assist over the phone. They never directly put you on the phone with recruiters and they dont return phone calls period. Not dependable at all but they are friendly individuals

Fast service. Was able to quickly find a job placement

I have been a loyal employee to this company, and all was fair until I wasnt able to report to work since I got stranded in another state. They changed my pay from 11$ hr. to minimum wage 7.25. I worked 48 hrs which would of still given me 8 hrs of overtime pay. They only paid me 194$ which if you do the math is no where close to what it shouldve been. I called numerous times and kept getting the run around. I also was told that If my hours were confirmed I would still have to wait until the following week to receive the pay for those hours. If you dont go to work for any reason they become very difficult to communicate with. Fabi was no longer the helpful recruiter that she seemed to be when I was able to make it to my job. They didnt care that my car had been impounded or that I was stranded and needing that money to get me and my car home. No compassion or regard to the fact that I worked the hours and should get paid accordingly, I also used their paycard so its only a matter of punching in the owed amount to my acct. Management is a joke as well they will say they will call you back, but never will. They also said they removed funds for background check which was done last year. They will pocket your moneymoney between themselves. I have never been so let down by any company Ive every worked for like this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! SO BEWARE

Talked with Rocky apparently an owner of the company that came in to help. Not much help. Tells me about a pt job that would be a great fit and that I would be getting a call. Well, he didnt know the details of the job and its not 6pm to 11pm its 6am to 11am. How and why is this type of incompetence tolerated. Complete waste of time.
