I was let go because I had a flat tire on my first brake I reported to a lead person and asked if it was OK if I left to put air in my tire I was giving the ok to leave the premises. Once I arrived at the gas station I noticed my tire had a deep cut in it and air wasnt going to help. so I called my dad and told him to bring my tire iron. Because it wasnt in my trunk. I told my dad to meet me at work I tired to chance it and head back to work but I couldnt make it back my mom and dad meet me Literally 2 minutes from my job. My dad changed the tire I returned back to work the lead man ask if I got my car fixed I told him yes. Later after I got home a rep called from yohconnex I explained to her what happened I told her who I talked to and Informed them of my situation. She told me she would talk with them and called me back 10mins later she called and told me I wasnt supposed to leave on my 15mins brake and I was no longer employed by the company. I feel this is very unfair and unprofessional The supervisor lied just to cover his own his own butt. He knew he gave me the ok to leave but thats ok God no I didnt do anything wrong and he will see to me finding something better🙏🙏
