The lady thats run this place has been wonderful. Every suit, shirt, jeans, and pants have all been done perfectly. Need a rush job, no problem! Pleasant to work with, nice and professional. Ive been coming here for years, I shun the low star comments. My parents brought close here when I was a child, fast forward 16 years and she still rocks.

Hardly number one! I bought some pants that I wanted to have the cuff removed and I went in and tried to explain that to a lady who didn’t speak English AT ALL. She pretended she understood what I wanted but instead proceeded to shorten the pants and remake the cuff. I tried to explain that it was wrong to the lady, but she didn’t understand. very frustrating experience and now I’m out $50.

Lady was very rude in spite of me trying to be friendly. She has troubles communicating due to her broken English, and I was never sure she understood what I needed. Her quote to fix my dress was way too much, so I must have made a surprised face because immediately she quoted me 20 dollars less. I was not happy with the random quote, so I asked for details on the cost. She was very rude and upset with me when I said I would not leave the dress at that particular time (I was not rude at all), she was very upset because she spent ~10 min or less marking the dress and helping me put it on. I offered to pay for her time when I saw how unnecessarily upset she was. She asked how much? I said “you tell me”... $30 dollars later I was out of there with my dress and a will not to return to that place. Googled a different place and ended up not far from there in Frisco at a much nicer location with very friendly service and a much fairer quote (half the price) in less time than what she had told me she could deliver. The place remarked the dress in a much more professional way and did an amazing job fixing it. Give them a try! tailor of texas.

I dont feel like the tailor really understood what I wanted done to my clothing. Whats more, when I came to pick up, they didnt offer to let me try on my pieces or ask about whether or not I was happy with the way they completed the work. They were not very friendly or helpful when I brought items in or when I picked them up. I would chalk this up to perhaps just their personality traits, except that I witnessed them being much friendlier to other customers. Not happy with how they tailored my clothing, and unless they read this review, they will never know that.

I gave my dress and told her that i need it for tonight for a wedding she said pick it up at 7:00pm and I just got there 6 minutes late 7:06 she was not there the door was locked and my dress was on her work table. I was extremely stressed And looking in my closet for something else to wear :( bad customer service!

Did a great job on a pair of pants I brought in for alterations. Friendly, on-time service at a very affordable price. Highly recommended.

Th finishing is really good! Although i had to wait for a couple of minutes, it worth the wait. I have had a good experience with #1Alterations. It was my first time and now they are on my favorites list already!

Mrs. Han is AMAZING! I brought in a dress on the 27th at 9am and she had it ready for me by the 28th at 4pm! (With minimal alterations to do) but the fact that she knew how important it was for me to have my dress ready on time for my event the night of the 28th and for it to fit me like a glove meant SO SO much to me. She was super considerate and actually cared. This place is professional, timely, and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. I recommend this place 100/10! She doesn’t speak very well English but you just have to be patient and speak clearly and slowly and she will understand you well.

Ive been coming to this location for over 20 years. Ive tried other locations out of convenience but I always come back bc its worth the extra gas $. She does an excellent job and is affordable. I Highly recommend her!!!
