I joined BGSF in late 2020, and I have been thrilled with the work environment. Not only are the people down-to-earth, smart, and focused on doing the best job possible, but they are also passionate and incredibly enthusiastic about helping people find jobs and solving problems for our clients. The culture is supportive, and I have been empowered to make suggestions and help improve things in areas that will help the whole team. Overall, it has been an excellent experience to-date. I look forward to continuing the adventure.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was contacted for a position as a loan specialist expected to start 6/1/2021 I was emailed the Friday before that my start date changed from 6/1 to 6/7.No big deal just a week delay.Then I was emailed again that I would star 6/14.This email worried me due to this being the second time my start date was pushed back.I couldn’t get in contact with my recruiter all week. I called a different recruiter who didn’t have his number due to a system update. They said they would email him to call me. He never did.Unfortunately I was emailed today 6/11 being told they are rescinding my offer of employment due to a reduction of workforce needs.The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. They didn’t even have the decency to call me with this type of information. Just said well sorry and check out our website.

Worst experience since 2020! Erin Carantza was my contact and was absolutely worthless.. She wouldnt return calls or messages and was less than honest when she did. She acted as if communication was a gift and NOT her job. DO NOT PUT YOUR LIVELIHOOD IN THIS IDIOTS HANDS!

Janessa and Martha were great to work with.When one job was finished they made sure to get me another ASAP. They honestly made a difficult time in my life better and I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you janessa, Martha and the entire BG family for helping me get back on course. The experience was great.
