William Collins handles my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I was able to make an appointment online. He started the paperwork during that first appointment and made everything very easy. He arranged a payment plan for the cost, while a previous attorney had expected the whole cost up front. He prepared me for all the questions that would be asked at the 341 meeting and was there early to explain what would happen. Those were the only 2 times I had to meet with him, otherwise I was able to send paperwork and scanned bills via email. He always replied promptly to emails and answered any questions I had.

Im highly disappointed with Mr. Collins. I set an appointment with him for 2:00pm however, due to the situation Im going through that led me to him in the first place, I got tied up in a meeting with the title company and called first, then emailed to reschedule my appointment. When I finally had 2 seconds to step away and make a phone call to his office, I was met with a very rude and condescending tone of voice and demeanor. He spoke down to me and told me my situation was too complicated and he didnt have time to deal with my case. He said he would give me some numbers. I was in complete shock. I dont normally write reviews. Especially negative ones, but I feel like everyone deserves to know this. Im already going through a tough time and you would think he would have some compassion. There was not one ounce of it.
