Used these guys for the second time..last time was 8 years ago when they were STARLIGHT. Still the same owner, great work and service! Had them update our media room which the kids now enjoy with 4K, and also give us an automated home with whole house audio and music and update our outdoor too. Great service and love the 24/7 support they now have. Highly recommend!
Not impressed with this company at all in Dallas. I moved into a house where the previous owner had been using their service. I called them 5 times and left 3 messages with people to inquire about understanding what the previous owner had and what the process was to switch everything over, and they kept telling me someone would call me back, but never did!! Doesnt seem like an effective way to run a business IMO. I consider myself a pretty patient customer, but this is a bit outrageous. Moving on to a new vendor.
I shopped around quite a bit! Went to some custom stores and Big box stores in the area. No one matched the knowledge and design experience as these guys at Stellar. Had my Theater fully done.
Had a large project done by STELLAR and they outperformed. We had been researching the right home theater and automation company to work on our custom build by one of the largest custom builders in Dallas. We decided to not go with the builders AV guy, but with STELLAR given the attention to detail from Shanes team! We finished our build late last year and STELLAR has been one of the best subs to work with. Our 32 zones of audio and 24 zones of video work flawlessly! Our theater room is just amazing and all the automation features (gates, shades, garage, lighting) work great. Beyond this, the service from STELLAR has kept up to its name! They are able to remote in and fix things even without us knowing. The concierge team calls to check in and so does Shane! If you are working on a project that you want to go right, I highly recommend checking these guys out. They definitely knocked it out of the park for us.
Sales experience was great. Got a full rendering for a room conversion project. I did a full room conversion of my Game room to a Media Room and I should say the finished product looked exactly like my rendering.
We chose Stellar because of the depth of their experience across the board including skilled tradesman in AV Technology, Electricians, Carpenters, (rough and finish), Carpet installers and Project Management.
Stellar handled the security system install in our new home. The install technicians are great. The strength of this company are the programmers and installers they go above and beyond.
Fantastic work by the STELLAR team! We did a very large project including 14 TVs, 24 zones of speakers, shades, lighting, garage, security et al! Love their work...they started and finished on time. The work was fantastic. Project management was great, and the concierge service is on the money! Glad i made this choice. I shopped around quite a bit, and went with a company (other than who the builder worked with), and was very glad I picked this team! Paul, Adam, Gil and team ..kudos to these guys!
I chose Stellar after I went into the Allen Store and saw that they actually had products to show me unlike many of the other companies I called.Once I talked to the Sales staff and worked with the outstanding installers I am so glad I let Stellar install my Home Automation system.
This is the worst company you can deal with. They claim that they made 12500 customer happy on their website but you cant get respond from this people. They are too busy salesman said, he cant come to my home. BOOOOOOO they need to go back to basics to learn how you can customer happy. Owner cant put his last name on the website Shane B. MMMMM sound shady! i will make sure that Control4 hears my complaint.
If I could leave none I would, I made a deposit to get a media room in my study. I paid 700 dollars for pre wire separate from my bill, when it came to close on my house I put more down on my house. I was told my my salesman Jake that I could pay 6 months same cash which was perfect for me, when I opt to do so I was told he has never had to do that with anyone at this company and would have to have a meeting with his boss to do so. Two days later Im making the effort to get in contact with him to see whats going on, which is terrible when your messing with someones money. As a business owner myself I have been called the wrong name countless, but how he corrected me for saying Jack but his name is Jake isnt good customer service. And you dont ask a customer why they have a attitude over text, you cant read a attitude over a text. All I want is my money, and nobody has yet to give me a time frame or when I will receive my money. This is a shady company
We hired Stellar to install our home theater equipment in our new house. They recommended what we needed for the whole house & set all our TVs on Control 4 technology.
Terrible customer service that won’t call you back.
