Fair price and exceptional service. Our installers were extremely knowledgeable about their stuff. It wasnt an easy installation because of the tight place, but they were resourceful, managed to install it in 4 hours, and they did it so well. Nice and clean!

MODIA Immersive Entertainment far exceeded my expectations.I had a 64 TV installed by this company on a stone veneer fireplace, with minimal damage to the stone, and despite the difficulties, the installer did everything in a most professional way. Excellent workers- very good at what they do, and left the place clean.Moreover, the price is almost significantly cheaper than the other top rated guys.

After visiting few local retailers, we decided to work with MODIA to make our home smart. MODIA showed us various brands and their strategy for home automation control systems which educated us to make the right decision. Until we met with an experienced sales person at MODIA, we did not know the difference between home automation brands and how they differ from each other. They all seem to be doing the same thing, and other retailers could not explain the difference to us. MODIA salesperson did an excellent job in explaining the difference and helped us identify which brand is most relevant to us. We made a sizeable purchase from MODIA to make our home smart again, and we plan to purchase more soon. The installation staff and programmer were equally as knowledgeable and courteous. They took their time to explain to us how to use the system and showed us all of the benefits. We love it, and if you are thinking about anything along the line of home automation, MODIA is the only and best choice I would recommend.

I just purchased a new 58 flat screen HD TV, and I wanted it mounted to a stucco wall covered by a thin sheet of wood paneling. The tech did amazing installing a very heavy TV and made it fully functional in no time. He even waited to make sure I could get the TV wirelessly connected to the internet before leaving. Super happy!

I was in the Dallas area on business, hi-end audio/video is a passion of mine I finished my business early and decided to stop in. The host (Ben) couldnt have been nicer allowed me to look around and try out a couple of setups. I was very impressed with what I heard and saw and even found some new music. In this type of business service is what separates a a AV dealer from a great AV dealer highly recommended.

I recently moved to Frisco, stopped into Modia Plano to explore their AV services. Ben, the manager, was cordial, skilled, straight-shooting professional. He listened, understood what I needed, and didnt try to up-sell me. Ben quickly and accurately captured what systems I needed set-up and where. He turned an estimate around quickly and accurately. The service was scheduled. Robert showed up on-time. Took the time understand what I was trying to do with both systems. He not only got the URC MX 990 remotes set up properly for two different systems, Robert expertly set up both systems perfectly for their respective spaces. The Denon and NAD systems never sounded better and the URC remotes are simple, clear, and easy to use. Robert is a Pro. Mission accomplished. Thanks, Modia.

DO NOT TRUST this company... we had used them many times in our home for AV needs, we trusted them, and the last time we had them over for a 4 hour work visit, my wedding ring went missing from my bathroom. It vanished. I’m completely heartbroken. They have done absolutely nothing to help this situation other than deny and bill us. I would never trust this company or recommend them to anyone I care about.

Really nice store and cool displays. I purchased a small audio system with turntable and staff was so knowledgeable. I went to several places looking for nice turntable and most places didnt carry and few places which carried didnt know much about it. Sales person at MODIA was real nice and helpful.I definitely recommend this place over any other place in Dallas area.

A few years ago I became a loyal customer at Modia, Plano – TX. I’m an avid music lover and a very discerning listener with a selective taste in sound equipment. Although I don’t always find exactly what I’m looking for at Modia, but the only reason I keep coming back and consider myself a loyal customer is Ben Graham, the Plano store manager. I have never met a more helpful sales manager and sound professional who’s more willing to go above and beyond to help me feel accommodated and satisfied with any purchase, even if it was not exactly what I originally thought I needed, and I was never disappointed with anything Ben has recommended.More importantly, Ben’s great customer service doesn’t end with the purchase. He makes sure that after I walk out of the store, I continue to enjoy what I bought long after the day of purchase. My recent experience with Ben’s superb work ethic was last week. I had an issue with a turntable I had purchased from Modia. It was a tricky malfunction that required multiple hours of troubleshooting, stressful work and delicate handling of the equipment. Ben was beyond patient, persistent and skilled to keep at it until the problem was resolved. He unwaveringly put the time and effort and came back multiple times until he made sure that the issue is corrected and that I‘m happy with the outcome. It’s hard to find the words to thank Ben and express my appreciation. The quality of his customer service that always goes the extra mile is a rarity these days. I’ve made a number of Home Theater and Audio purchased from Ben at Modia in Plano at the Shops at Lagecy, and I can HIGHLY recommend Ben and Modia. He’s very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and always matches or even beats competitors prices. I have some very old but high-end components in my system. Ben has been very helpful with modernize our home theater and audio system while also maintaining the intergrity of our older high-end components. Finally, the Modia installers are the very best around, and their custermer service doesn’t end after the installation. Horrible experience!!I ordered B&W M1 speakers from this store and it took forever to deliver them to me. Initially when I ordered they told me it would take a week to get them. Then it went onto 15 days. Surprisingly the way they order is fishy...out of my 5 speakers they said only 2 had come and they are waiting for another 3. I am not sure why would B&W ships them that way when my order was for 5 speakers. Then comes the day I picked up the speakers. I took the speakers home only to find out that one of them is a used one with a broken pin. They tried to pass it on with the 4 rest of the speakers as new but luckily I was able to make out the difference. They offered to exchange it to get it from their warehouse. So when they had a new one they tried to pass off the used one to me. I lost trust in them and denied the exchange offer and bought one in Best Buy at full price which is worth the mental peace.Bottomline..do not trust this company for your home theatre needs. Everything looks fishy about them.ThanksRajesh

Awesome place with the newest tvs and home audio products! Will match or beat competitors prices! Ordered the Samsung 60 8000 series SUHD 4k and they matched black Friday prices. They had it in the Houston warehouse and only took 2 days to get to me

The store was closed an hour before the regular time. I went on a Monday at around 6 PM and the store was closed but the closing time was 7PM.

Dont trust what they tell you. Lied to me on the phone about what they had in stock after I told them I had to drive a long way. I called on Saturday and they had actually sold out on Friday.
