Went to get an oil change and for my air filters to be replaced. Recently bought a used car that had some nice living in it. Needed the air filters replaced. They were able to do it that day. Those people working were great, a lot of fun and really kind. Comfortable enough to joke around with then which is super great for me

Went there a year ago and there was coolant somehow mixed in my oil. Engine seized up the next day. Went there a week ago and suddenly my gears are not shifting properly and my TRAC OFF light wont turn off.

It took me over 2 hours to get a rejection on a state inspection because they stated my new vehicle came off the shelf without a muffler. They then printed me out a diagram when I explained how confused I was. I wasnt confused about what a muffler was I was confused as to why AutoFair Hyundai sold such high-end cars without mufflers.

Was in and out in 20 minutes, everyone was wearing their masks and did a great job.

They removed my land fill sticker to put a jiffy lube mileage sticker with the wrong mileage. And my dipstick was showing 3 quarts low.

The manager who was filling in from another shop didnt have keys to the building and the individual who was supposed to open the doors had not shown up yet. I was informed that when they did open they would not be able to provide an inspection.

Not satisfied at all with the service I asked for rate them a 1 out of a possible 10

Fast service with reasonable prices. They clean your windows and vacuum out the vehicle while they are servicing it. Friendly employees that will explain the different packages that they offer. Didnt feel pressured to buy anything I didnt want. Overall I had a great experience with them!

Dont know what they are doing. They left the cap of my engine. Gauged the cap under the car. I sat for a hour and half waiting for them to find a filter. I will never go again.

Geat people, work, & honesty

Ive been here twice. Im from Oregon and had no clue where to go to get my state inspection done. These guys had never done it for an out of state vehicle (other than maine) and took the time to figure out what to do and even talk on the phone to the state of Oregon for me. I really appreciated the time they took to help me with this. Shawn is incredibly great with customer service. The guys there all look like they enjoy working there. Highly recommend this place. Very happy each time Ive gone.

I took my daughter to get her oil changed and tires rotated. We pulled up about 5 minutes before opening and we were the only ones there. The advisor told us that they were out of the synthetic blend that her car requires. However, they did have full synthetic. I asked how much it would be for full synthetic and it was $99.95 compared to $69 for the blend. I said we are all set and I didnt feel the need to pay $30 extra for oil I dont need. The advisor said they could take $15 off because they were out. I said fine and we did that. 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. I went to pay and told the advisor I had a $7 coupon. She laughed and said they cant take $7 when they already gave me $15. I said you offered me $15 because you didnt have my oil and I was leaving. It wasnt a coupon. She checked with the manager who was the one that did the work and he said no, as well. I said fine and Im not going to argue over $7. I called corporate and they assured me someone would call me back. I asked will they call me back like the last time I was here in 2017 with my wifes car and you dumped oil everywhere inside the engine bay? Im still waiting for that call. Well, 5 days later no call. I went to Walmart bought the oil and filter for $20 and will show my daughter how to do this herself and save $80 and not deal with poor customer service.

The staff here is very rude. They have no manners and they refused to provide an inspection because they were closing in 1 hour and they only had 2 cars in the garage, so I only got an oil change, and after my car is done, they were just sitting there on their phones, when they could had easily helped with the inspection. Useless inefficient bad mannered workers.

They say they put air in your tires, but they dont.

Terrible inspectors. Not very reliable on their facts. They fail cars for things that dont fail and then expect and hope you repair it at their facility with highly underqualified technicians if youd like to call them that. Some of the Lube techs know their stuff pretty decent but when it comes to ANY sort of repair DO NOT HAVE A JIFFY LUBE DO IT. Make sure you have a REAL technician do the work.

They treated me like a human being with real concerns. I needed my car to work so I could get to work. Joe...The weekend manager, on a hot Sunday afternoon, took time to put in a part that I had bought. That is real customer service! Thank you!!

Went to get a state inspection there and they failed my car for a chip in the windshield which I received 1 week after I bought the car 3 years ago. They told me I needed to replace my windshield. Then I went to Safelite and they told me the chip in my windshield doesnt qualify to fail a state inspection and that I have no need to replace my windshield. Went to another car dealership and they passed my car with no issue. Dont trust anything they tell you about your car. I will never be going back there.

This is the good jiffy lube. Unlike a little down 125....the bad jiffy lube....go to the good one. Not the bad one....or if you do...and you have a spin on oil filter...check it for vulger profanity. They have an artist.no doubt pissed because his flower shop gig flat lined.

Sandy was very rude! She treated me like a second class citizen. I have never wrote a bad review on anyone before. I felt it necessary because I was treated so poorly as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. Sandy has zero customer service skills and if I owned this jiffy lube I would be embarrassed on having her be a employee of mine.

Theyre dreadfully honest about your Cars problems which is why I imagine they get bad reviews from time to time. People have a hard time with facts now and then. I went in for an oil change and didnt realize they do serious repair work on the spot. I left a very happy customer and will return there often. You cant put a price on fast/honest service!

Good spot, I suppose if you go to places like this for changes/inspections... theres a couple cool dudes there that will help a ton. ...problem is I had one guy try to sell me wipers for my A6 for $90 haha. ..When I laughed he said, and i quote well thats what you get when you play with the big boys....I drive a Mercedes, theyre not cheapYeah, no kiddin, euros are pricier to maintain. . ...I knew that when I purchased my car, but found the exact pair of bosch wipers for $34 shipped from amazon haha. He said he was going to fail my inspection for it, so another dude took over and pulled me aside and goes we wont fail it for that, hes just talkin wild. ..just make sure you get new wipers down the roadHavent been back since haha..

Pretty cheap..fast..but always suggestions unnecessary operations..

Extremely slow service!!The guy who cleans the windows, vacuums the rugs and adds air to the tires works hard and is very friendly. The rest of the staff work at a snails pace. I will not be back
