Damaged my shipment both ways...took out insurance and was told later because it was a trade show the insurance is by the pound not the value....so my equipment is very lightweight but very expensive...(worth about 10k)...so basically at 50 cents per pound I am looking at maybe $10 of insurance for $10000 worth of damage....Look at the pics...obvious that a forklift went right through my cases.....Awful company

Twice I was going to get a delivery from this company first time I didn’t get a call and leave a ticket thing they were here I don’t know what time you going to come OK no problem come the next day I’m here all day I didn’t get a phone call again nobody ring my bell nothing and now that it’s Friday it’s telling me that I have to get my delivery on Monday ridiculous and now I want to go pick it up or you can’t come between 12 and one because were out to lunch and then after that you can’t come until four ridiculous from now on whenever I get a delivery it will not come from this company hell no Plus your phone number doesn’t work

I applied for part time job on website. I did the interview,passed the drug screen,backround check,driving record and passed the road test. Then terminal manager says we cant do the part time. Already quit my last job becasue jb hunt tried making me work 16 hours shifts once a week which was illegal. All these trucking companies are the same. Lies

I will never use YRC Freight again. Seriously the most incompetent staff and extremely disorganized. I literally waited 2 days for my time sensitive delivery to arrive - yet they dropped the ball 2 days in a row. Pathetic.
