Worst experience ever. DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION! Have shipped 3 packages from this location and 2 were delivered extremely damaged. Tried to speak to employees and was told there is nothing they can do about it. All packages were double boxed and wrapped with bubble wrap. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Protect your hard earned money.

This place has wonderful employees, always attentive and friendly, they really know their business. This is a great location, parking is available.

I have visited the UPS store in Plainview quite a few times over the past year. I’ve sent Amazon returns and many a package to my daughter in college in Ohio.I have had only positive experiences with this location. Amazon returns take less than two minutes. Other packages are always taken quickly and efficiently. Last week they were short handed and the employee helping me didn’t bother taking his break. (thank you Richard)Employees are friendly and always looking to help you get your stuff out for the best price. There is an AAA discount too. I’ve also asked them to look at tracking past packages and they do so willingly.UPS service seems to be so much better than USPS... despite great staff there, my packages don’t arrive as quickly.

I have a feeling this store keeps the products I am trying to return back to amazon ( QR code return). Its always the same update on UPS tracking In Transit but it didnt even leave the store. Its really depressing how this location operates. I recommend using extra gas to go to 17B E Old Country Rd. They are actually more attentive, better customer service and actually gets the job done

Just went here. The employees dont wear masks when no one is in the store and quickly throw them on it someone walks in. Clearly they dont understand how this all works now. Enter at your own risk.

Quite possibly the slowest UPS store. Avoid this one at all costs unless you want to be waiting in line for a ridiculously long amount of time to drop off a package.Manager is always standing behind the counter on her phone getting in the way of everyone else trying to do work. Would recommend corporate take a look at this one and restructure.

This store has been great through COVID times (and even before this). They are handling a lot of people and I appreciate how they are trying to get us all in and out asap. I do wish folks from our town would park legally but we cant always get what we want. Thank you.

Not to thrilled about using this UPS store. So far every package Ive dropped off at this location to ship to anywhere has been stolen or lost with no explanation.Ive lost 2 cell phones that needed to be returned for repairs. I dont understand how they were sent out, but unable to be located. Last time I checked every time a cell phone gets shipped back to the manufacturer they provide a tracking number.Instead of this location I highly recommend taking the extra 10 minutes to go to Staples on Route 110 and use the UPS location inside the store.

What a nice store and really nice employees. Very efficient and able to help me with all my transactions.

Trash service, was sending a package but the girl working there took a call while doing my package, mind you when I was already being helped, and ignored me and complained to me about my package which I was explaining to her but then she took the call saying she was busy....never coming here again, trust me I never write reviews but had too for this.

I was there to get something notarized the service was excellent,staff was helpful and friendly i highly recommend this store to anyone.

Im surprised people have had bad experiences with this particular UPS store. Staff is always helpful, lets me know the best price for the shipment; packs expensive items, such as a vintage synth perfectly, never a problem. Even called me to let me know I left my wheeled legal brief case behind immediately.

I had something packed and shipped that had no real monetary value but a lot of sentimental value, and they did a great job of packing. It arrived on time, and was so well packed that it would have survived anything. I had to do something similar about a year ago, and once again, this store came through.

Just walked in, was ignored by the lady at the front in favor of people who parked in the fire-zone and walked in well after me. She even called a guy in from the back to make a big show of rushing to help these others. Not the worst customer service I have seen but clearly didnt care for my business, the least she could have done was acknowledge me and say someone would help shortly. Will drive to the next closest one from now on which is a shame as no one wins.

The store is functional but a bit slow. true story- a UPS truck almost ran over my little brother, but a neighbor yelled FEDEX and he ran away. truly amazing how two different companies come together to save my bro.

I tend to use this UPS store for my business because of its location, however the poor service is changing my mind. Almost every time I send a package or mail a letter I never receive my tracking number, even though specifically they tell me they will send it to my email. Also they tend to squeeze money by pitching their more expensive shipping methods vs the cheaper options even if they will produce similar results. Im hoping the ownership hires some knowledgeable and helpful staff. Until then I will be using the FedEx near the Hicksville Post Office unless Im short for time.
