Having worked with US Exteriors on several projects over the last ten years I felt it is high time I do right by them and give the kudos they deserve. You absolutely will not find a better organization for your restoration needs whether interior or exterior. I am actually a General contractor and have hired Keith and his company on several occasions... He is also my Expert in the industry when I need to troubleshoot a huge issue that I can not figure out... and I have more than 25 years experience in the building industry!Ethical and honest they will do the job they say they will without hassle and in a timely manner that very few companies in our industry can remotely come close to!
They know what they’re doing and they get the job done right and in a timely fashion. Keith genuinely cares about quality, hard work, and efficiency. Keep up the good work!
I would encourage homeowners to seriously avoid U.S. Exterior for any work. I hired this business twice for EIFS/dryvit repairs and my first experience in 2007 was pretty good however the work performed this summer (2014) was a disaster and the company is unwilling to fulfill on their contractual obligation. The company was hired to perform work following an exterior inspection that identified a number of areas to repair. At the time the work was done, I received complaints from my tenant and our handyman that the work was sloppy and incomplete. Most damning, however, were the results from a detailed follow-up inspection which identified several significant areas from my statement of work which were incomplete. I have an inspection report which shows they simply did not do work that I was charged for!US Exterior is unwilling to complete the work and is providing a number of absurd rationalizations to try and explain away the inspection report. As reported by others, they also processed my credit card for the final payment without getting my authorization.
