As well as paid attention to details and clean as they went along I was very satisfied with my price it was very fair and the job in which they did. The company was very professional. I had a very lovely experience working with them. The Team Was very amazing at putting on the roof. Very efficient and well organized. I have never met a group of people that were so respectful.

We had a very big and complicated project which involved installing a standing seam metal roof and integrated solar panels. It was an ambitious project that took several months, but turned out beautiful in the end. Mike is a man of his word and stands by his work. Four years after completion, we had a storm that did some damage and Mike came out and repaired it immediately. I would hire them again.

I had a repair a few years ago. I had called another company come and told me it would be over $2000. The roofing store came and did it for $500. When I decided to replace the roof the roofing store was the first place i called. Their price was reasonable and service was fast

We had our metal roof put on this past month. The guy we dealt with was so patient with my uncertainty on what I wanted to get. He showed me numerous samples and even came back to go over the options with me a second time so I was 100% sure that is what I wanted.

We had redone our roof and decided to get a metal roof and it came out great. I thought something was wrong with one part, got ahold of the store, and someone came out right away. everything was fine

Found Mike (the owner) during the mid 2000s and at that time the service was off the charts fantastic. We were so happy that in 2011 we hired The Roofing Store to replace all of our windows and replace an exterior wall ruined by an ice damn and we began to replace the wood siding with vinyl. Thats where things started to sour.Several of the windows leaked when it rained. Had to have them come out multiple times to fix that. Meanwhile there are now water stains in the wood trim they added. No offer on their part to replace that. Worst though is the siding. The siding keeps falling off the house. Sometimes I can pop it back into place but it will always fall and now its popped in such a way that I cant fix it. Ive tried to contact them multiple times over the past year via phone and email to fix it.I dont know what happened to make their quality go down. In April 2016 I got a random voicemail from them. It was something about Hey were sorry things have gone down hill but were back and if you have any projects wed be happy to help. Reached out to them and got no response.The last time they actually sent someone out was in 2015 to quote when I called to ask for a quote for a new roof but I found out they no longer participate in the financing program that they signed me up for when they did our window replacement. That quote seemed high anyway.

Quality of work was fine, but there was a lack of communication, poor management of schedule and never received progress photos due to a problem with the program they use Took over a week to be able to communicate with the owner after numerous request. Not what I had expected to endure for a porch roof project.
