This agency is Terrible. Everytime I go they tell me their closed and refuse to assist me. Even after they emailed me and told me to come in for my part 2. They are very disrespectful, not professional, poor communication, and ignorant. I’ve never had this problem with any other agency.

I was contacted by Teri (who’s a nutcase who always has to have the last word) regarding a CSR position with Conduent in Hunt Valley, MD and the only reason I considered it was because it paid more than my current job, and not until I actually arrived at Conduent for the first day did I realize why their turnover rate is extremely high. Staff is very disorganized, preparations they should’ve had in place for the first day weren’t done until the first day. Then they gave a weird set up for how you get PTO or Holiday pay. Now I can clearly understand not allowing lateness, call outs and the like or not getting any type of time off the first 90 days, but in order for you to get any type of PTO or Holiday pay, you had to have completed your 90 days unscathed plus you had to have been there 6 months, even though your PTO accrues immediately. All I can say is I will be contacting the labor board if they have not paid me for July 20th! Let these people be your LAST option!

You might want to consider looking other places for work. Once youre assigned theyll forget about you. If they offer you a position at RR Donnelly pass it up quickly.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I never seen someone get fired for asking a question . I never seen were no one contact you back I never been with a company that did not pay me...... this company has not paid me for 12 hours and no one will answer none of my emails or text messages.....

Horrible office. Staff is sloppy, messy, and dirty! Very unprofessional. I cant believe the owners of the company is running a business like this. They are very slow and the office looks like a low budget 1980s theme. Not welcoming at all. I walked in and wanted to walk right back out. Lady has food all over her desk she is literally eating in my face and talking all at the same time. I just see low quality. When the office staff is not professional or appealing, you know the quality of work will be horrible as well. Likewise, so coincidental that the day I came in they had dozens of workers complaining about their payroll. That was my que to say goodbye! They deserve a ZERO but i had to rate in order to give them a review.
