This staffing company should get 0 stars on how they handle things for their employees. I was put on a contract too work from home. I told Michael and Terry about everything that was going on not having all the equipment that the company sent out for us to use I even told the company trainers and then after that they started not to pay people because the trainers wasn’t putting hours in so I told terry and Michael about it and their response was we pay you for the hours that the company send over and I told her that everyone hours were incorrect . Then it happened again and again hours missing. Which I told them every time I was missing hours until I finally got sick of it and just told the trainer to just send a shipping label to return the half equipment I had because my last paycheck they only paid me for 10 hours and I put in 40 hours of work. And when I called to tell terry that I didn’t want to work for a company who keep getting my hours wrong every week and she told me that I can’t work for them anymore because I didn’t tell them the problems that was going on which I did for a whole month and even have text messages and voicemails for both of them discussing what’s going on. Then she got a attitude with me because when I called to discuss it with her she said what’s wrong we are off of work like I knew that But don’t work for them don’t care about their employees

Pretty decent company but there are some things you should know prior. Jobs are first come first serve be productive come prepared. Secondly word of mouth is primarily how youll find out about this company its small so dont expect big business kind of processing. The work offered is for manuel labor mostly(because of the business provided). Its not easy work and temporary means temporary. Time and management of time, dont expect more if you want to be a sometime employee. Lastly the people in the office change but their service is great. Stay on top of your business and learn good strategy you should be okay with this company they earned all 3 stars. Side note a phone call is a simple way to communicate before deciding to just pop by.

I dont think Ill be able to work for this company ever again. Ive had to wait three weeks for a background check. Not to mention, they couldnt move my start date due to a family emergency. Its not my fault that something like this occured after waiting three weeks to start up a job. Most places will have your background check back in a week or less. Plus Marisa needs to be more professional.

They give the best jobs especially for temp. They pay a fair amount and their staff it’s self is really chill laid back and helpful. (This is my 2nd job) the first didn’t work out but they weren’t rude or unprofessional they just helped me get another more fitting job. I am currently doing housekeeping at Amazon. I love the hours and they days. It’s a lot of walking but I prefer something like this. My actual name is Shamika baker lol

Most pathetic employment agency ive had the misfortune of being associated with. Received an offer from one agent. Whom i find out quit or got fired the next day. Received the same offer from another agent. But when i arrived, the position went to someone else! Pathetic lies!

Honestly if I could give this company less than a 1 star, I would. I wont say her name but the representative I worked with was horrible, and not just to me but to everyone. If you had to call off work she literally yelled at you over the phone, hung up on you, berated you and made fun of the reason you had to call off. She is a horrible person to work for and I was warned on my first day that she is like that with everyone. When I called to file a complaint against her, after being fired for losing my voice and being sent home because I could not take calls, the woman who answered the phone laughed at the fact that I didnt want anything to do with this woman and told me if it was absolutely necessary to file a complaint she would contact someone to call me. I do not trust this company or anyone who works for them. Save yourself the headache.

They send you to a job and tell you that the hours are from 8 to 430, then when you get to the job you find out the hours are from 5am till 3pm and that its indeed not a temp to hire position but one only lasting 5 weeks and itsend ending soon. Also not having time sheets provided for your first couple of days on site or in the office then say they cant pay you because you didnt fill out a time slip. And they cant track your badge clocking in and out of the workplace. Its a total waste of time here guys, youre safer with Elwood or Staffmark.

They sent me to shutz containers for 11.50 an hour, but the work was too strenuous for me, i pulled a muscle and quit, i couldnt do another 12 hour day. Most of the workers at shutz dont speak english and the supervisers arent around most of the time there. Its not CFAs fault for that. Temp labor is temp labor yknow

1 star simply for the fact that they said theyre open 24 hours Monday thru Saturday but when I got there they state that theyre open from 9am to 3pm. Yall suck
