Boss revolution is really a very irresponsible company and they have no feelings for their customers. All this company is concerned about is collecting ppl’s data for marketing purposes.I have been using them for many years. I always refill via telephone but recently I downloaded their App and decided to buy airtime through the App. but my account was charged twice. So I called to ask why? the guy stated that “ oh I need your home address, your name and the card number.At this point I said which of these info do you really need to return my money to my card. Mind you I have been using this card to buy airtime. He said he needs everything and I asked for a supervisor. He put me on hold until I hung up.I now called back over the weekend and the new person asked for the last four numbers of my card and to spell my name and he left again for almost 6minutes. Only to come back and say that he cannot refund the money cos it has taken certain numbers of days. I am not from Columbia and record shows that I never called that country.Asked for a Supervisor, a lady Who also claimed the money cannot be refunded. This is a calling plan that was never used cos I am not from that country and the App made an error and now I lost my money. And she said she is the only one I can deal With cos Managers don’t talk to ppl for stuff like this.Anytime you call them for call errors it’s always a problem for them to refund. People should start uploading their experiences and how greedy this companies is getting.

I have been using Boss for over 13 years until last week when they starting to charge me 12$ for a 48 minutes call when in all these years I have been paying an avarage of 1,38 for 50 some minutes.That is just crazy! I called the company and they informed me that now they charge 25 cents per minute. Never heard of that before.So please do not use this company, has many others out there with way better rates.

Today we are at 29 and I still have not received my money. This is embarrassing and if I needed the money to feed my children? They are irresponsible. From April 16 they could not send it until 22 when I had to cancel the transfer and until today they do not return my money. What a pity.
