The Boost family team members are very polite, and respectful. They even greet you as soon as you enter into their store. The staff is very knowledgeable about their services and phones. Theyre very helpful and always ready to assist you. Your never feel pressured to make a purchase. They take their time and they value their customers. I went to this store to activate a line for my Son, I told the girl I needed to activate a line she gave me a price without asking me what plan i wanted. When i asked the manager he mention it would be $60 a month unlimited everything. I told him i wanted the $35 plan he mention the first month had to be unlimited! I said that doesn’t sound right! He said you have to call after the month to change it to the plan you want. I left paying $60 unnecessary i call boost mobile they told me i could have chosen the plan i wanted initially. All they wanted to do was make me pay for unlimited plan so i can forget to call after the month and just be stuck with a plan I didn’t want. I am beyond upset. & just to recall i ask the girl that works there twice and the manager as well! They both said yes we don’t do that anymore. Liers

I agree with everything that Juan Castro reported in his review a year ago. I recently purchased an Xfinity product from this same store on June 6, 2017. After doing some research on the product, I changed my mind about keeping it. I went back to the store the very next day, which was less than 24 hours and both of the male owners of the store were very rude. They would not refund me money and then stated, if I wanted a refund, they were going to take 25% from out of the money. They were very rude and even had the nerve to use racial slurs!!! I would never buy anything from them nor refer anyone to that store. Its a terrible establishment!! I finally received a refund after getting in contact with the corporate store and I explained to them what happened. They refunded me a full refund without any problems. I dont advise anyone to shop there at all!! If you purchase a defective product or no longer want what you purchased, they are not going to give you a full refund. They are going to take 25% of your money. BEWARE OF THIS STORE!! NOTHING BUT RIP OFFS, CROOKS, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! STAY AWAY!! If you want great service, go to the Boost store on Somerset Street in North Plainfield.

How do they end up using an incorrect screen protector. Also can they relax trying to get people to buy accessories, isnt enough buying a 700 dollar phone enough for one person. Could be better, has improved a little though. To bad I noticed too late.

Very unsatisfy!!!! Never ever go to this place unless you want to be scammed. First of all lets start by saying that these people dont even take the time to listen to what you want or need from the minute you step in they are putting pressure and throwing numbers at you stead of selling the product or listening for your needs or wants. In my case I was scammed with two pre-owned Iphones 6s plus when I told them I wanted everything new from the start. At the end the manager did not even apologized for their mistake and told me that if i wanted to return everything “there is a 25 % restocking fee” to wash his hands off and go home since they were closing. I have allready put a formal complaint. No vayan a este lugar son gente sin profesionalismo para hacer su trabajo. Se equivocaron con mis celulares al darme dos usados y no dos nuevos y encima no supieron arreglar su error..

I tried refunding the fake apple earbuds I got because they were made from different material and one earbud had decent audio while the other earbud had low quality type of audio. I never got my receipt and I tried refunding but there was no policy anywhere about no refunds. The people that work there were trying so hard to make me keep the earbuds, but I had to keep them after being kicked out and being called a “gay ass” by one of the employees. I’m also a minor which makes it even worse for that scum.
