Called for a taxi and went from north plainfield to bedminster about a 15 min rideI was told it would be $50 when I stated the fee was unreasonable the driver became aggressive. I then offered a credit card and was told they dont take credit cards. As the driver was becoming more and more aggressive I suggested he call the police. He got out of the taxi and started shoving me and getting right in my face. I told him to back up covid! He then pulled his mask down and spit on me. I have filed assault charges the dispatcher was just as guilty and did nothing to remedy the situation. BEWARE

I called to tell the guy that the driver swiped me hit me in the cross walk and he hung up I called back to say hey u hung up on me ur car lic plate number OT247A swiped my arm an he hung up again going to the police what a good person Pos

Rampant discrimination against disabled passengers. Their drivers have a practice of refusing to transport and stranding passengers with legal service animals with a quick no and driving away. Of course its against the law, but they do this with impunity.

Horrible. The guy could hardly speak English and we was rude I had to be rude back to let him know without people like me calling for a taxi you don’t have a job . Idiots ! If I could have given them a negative 0 I would . The van is very unclear it looks horrible in the inside. This guy was speeding like the cops was after him. Then he took a rout that I don’t even know and when I asked him questions he caught a attitude. Did not feel safe

Horrible horrible service I called for a cab which never came. I waited for over a hour and called them back several time. Went to voicemail no call back nothing from this cab company. I suggest you find another cab company. This one 👎🏾

The worst taxi company I have ever encountered.They have this despatcher that picks calls between 9.30pm to 10pm he is a pain.Very unprofessional.He tells you rudely no taxi call back 20mins.Call back 20mins he would say no taxi and hangs up.This is the second time i had these bad experience trying to go catch the train to work in NewYork.I missed the train when i eventually got a ride.
