I called a cab he said 7 minutes, 20 minutes later still no cab. I called back he said 2 minutes ok 5 minutes go by and the cab comes passed the address I sitting on the porch waiting it stopped about 8 houses away. I tried to call to tell them they passed me but my call went right to voicemail, in English and Spanish she says stay on the line a rep will be right with you repeatedly for over 5 minutes I was on hold waiting for someone to answer and NO ONE EFER ANSWERED. Recommendations none. Unhappy customer yes I am

They came and pick me up... The car was not mark like the regular taxi it looks more personal. But i get where i needed to go safely.

We called for a taxi and waited over a half an hour. No one came. We tried calling the same number over and over to ask where they were and the phone connects and no one answers. We had a patient, an older gentleman, waiting for 45 minutes. We had to call someone else to come for him. Terrible!

Guy says taxi will be there in 10 mins I called back in 15 he said taxi will be there. Taxi calls when I walked in the door 35 mins later

Never picks up the phone… 4$ rides in town though

Bad customer service! I called and confirm my address and was told they would get back to me. I was waiting for over 20 mins. I called and the rejected my called. Not texting me bullshit. This is just a waste of time.

Call at 12:40 pm, they said ok to pick me up. I ask how long and they said 10 minutes. They didnt come pick me up or anything even worst why give me a estimate time if you couldnt make it. Is your busy and honest I can understand but shouldnt make me just wait. Should just told me that you are busy.

I requested a ride and the driver never showed up. I was then TEXTED that the driver did not see me standing under an awning in a tropical storm.

They had a Lyft driver pick me up . And then when you call them they don’t pick up it’s horrible.

Worst company ever. I waited for over 20 minutes for a cab. He got the street name wrong the first time and then tried to correct me and said I said it wrong. Then he said 2 minutes while I waited another 10 minutes. I got pulled out my dance group because of this.

I call the the taxi company and they said they would give me a ride. Never came. Called it again. I waited 15 minutes and when I decide to head home. He called saying he was here.He told me that he called me multiple times and I never answer.I checked my recent calls and It showed the one call I made which I answered.

If I can give them less than a star I would. Cab took forever. Instead of telling me it will take a while, they said it would be 2min. I called the person back and they were also wondering how the cab still wasnt there. This business is so unorganized and feels like they do as they please. Terrible service. The worse taxi company ever!!! I booked a taxi to pick me up to go to the airport and the taxi came so late that I had to take a Lyft and still missed my flight. IF YOU DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU, Don’t book with them.
