I wont be coming back. I had an appoint today and nobody was there. I called back. The nice lady told me that someone would call me back. But nobody did. So, I hope my experience will help

I have been going To Dave for 4 years, he has so much knowledge. When he talks to you its like hes known you years. His staff are amazing helpful, they are very tech savvy during covid times. Their hours are good to accommodate customers. Waiting room has a couch, TV with drinks and snacks you can watch the game while you wait if you walk-in or family is doing taxes.

I had an online appointment for my taxes for 2pm. No one from the office ever showed up. I called the office couldn’t speak to David who was suppose to be preparing my taxes. I called back no one never got back to me. I even sent emails to them and they didn’t answer that either. Very disappointed been with this office for years. I understand things happen, but to not even get a call the next after you no showed my appointment really has me wondering 🤔

Recently received a letter from the IRS for a 2018 filing done by Liberty Tax for a big adjustment/mistake for almost $5000. I could have done the taxes myself for that type of mistake plus their fee was no discount compared to other companies I have tried in the past. Called for over three weeks to give them a fair shot to help and no one called back! My experience....these guys are fly by night operators who will not get another chance to earn my business! After further research I found out Im not alone in my disappointment. But they are quick and fast to respond to the bad reviews they get on Google! Not the way to do business! Only recourse is to file a complaint with BBB and let IRS know about my difficulties with this company! Buyer Beware!

Kelly, who answered the phone, made me feel right at ease right upon calling the first time. I was able to schedule an appointment for services that day. Upon arriving I was greeted promptly and offered refreshments and snacks, which was a nice and unexpected touch. Kevin was who helped prepare my taxes. He was super friendly and made sure to ask a lot of questions to help me get the most back. I would definitely recommend.

From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted very politely. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind and was able to answer my questions. I havent had my taxes professionally prepared in years. Due to this, I was very hesitant and had many questions, which led me to having two men do my taxes. Both were very knowledgeable and patient with me. I didnt feel as if they were judging me, seeing how I had not filed my taxes from the previous year. I was nervous about the fees and penalties from them as well as the IRS. They did what they could do to assist me. Im very grateful for that. I cant speak for all Liberty Tax locations, however, the tax professionals at this one provided me with excellent service and a great deal of patience.

Dave does an amazing job. Hes a very intelligent man and knows all the ins and outs to get the job done. He got me the most money back on my tax refund and had a smile on his face the whole process. He is extremely helpful and courteous. I usually do my taxes myself online, but that has changed. I will forever be a liberty tax customer. The customer satisfaction from his team is so phenomenal I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. His tax team goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable while you are waiting. They offer many refreshments and cookies and an area for the kids to play. Theres even a big tv and a comfy couch to relax on :) See you next year!

Exceptional Customer service by all staff members. Let me start by saying i normally do my own taxes on line, I decided to go in for an estimate and ended up receiving a higher a refund here. Made three appointments during off hours. No one called or showed up. Customer service contacted them. No one answered the phone. Had previous altercations with the staff here. Would have loved to have resolved this, because I’ve spent thousands here - and so many years coming here. If you are looking for someone to prepa r e your taxes you need to come to Liberty Tax and see David. I must say this was by far the best experience Ive ever had with having my taxes prepared. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly staff and offered something to drink and snacks. They worked very hard to get me the maximum refund and also reviewed my taxes from the previous year to see if they could get me any additional money. Pat was the person who prepared my taxes and she was also great and very friendly. I recommend this place to everyone! I will definitely be back next year!

If I could give it a 0 I would. Highly dissatisfied with every aspect of this place and these people! Very unhelpful, only want to get your $200 (overpriced for a straightforward return). I had to take my taxes to another professional to get them ammended since these people didnt get the maximum refund I should have gotten, he was more interested in the purchase of my home (since he also did that on the side)!Trying to get my info to file my returns this year was one obstacle after another! I tried coming at 7am because I couldnt find hours anywhere online, but they dont open until 9 and I had conflicts from 8am until the following morning and couldnt get back. I called for my AGI and was told they could not provide over the phone (even by verifying my ID) I HAD to come in person to get it. So when I came in the following day I was told it would take 3-4 days to print it. Which is convenient since it would be past the filing deadline. I asked for my personal documents that I had dropped off and my AGI but nobody in the office could give me any of my info! So I had to sit and wait (its been 15 min so far) for someone to get back to the secretaries at the office (apparently theyre all secretaries and only one person has access to all of this info?!). Everything about this place is sketchy!Save your money, your time, and the headaches; this place is the worst!

The customer servive is exceptionally well.I have been coming to Liberty tax for several years and greatly appreciate the service that David Rocci has given me. He explains everything exceptionally well. I plan to suggest Liberty to all my friends.
