Had them remodel my pool and have been trying to get a hold of Danny to work on a few things that were not completed and tiles continually falling off and he and his crew ghosted. I tried going to this address listed on website and it’s a ghost address. No one is there and office don’t exist. Unprofessional to disappear after claiming 5 year warranty that they don’t allow us to even use! BEWARE!

Laguna pools corp... has no professionalism at all i called to ask regarding getting a price to het my pool fix and re model and this young lady treated me very nasty she even stated that they don’t go as far as newark n.j she even stated that they don’t work with pools very nasty the worse thats not the way to treat customers. I did not review the views before even calling them if I would’ve reviewed the view and there customers comment omg they are the worse reviews.

Dont be fooled, Angel and Martin Gallegos with 5 Star reviews are the owners of this company trying to boost their rating. They have an F in Better Business Review and several open lawsuits for poor work. They sell you something they cant deliver, take your money, and the product falls apart. Do not use!

Laguna Pools just finished plastering my pool. They did an amazing job. The finish is so smooth and the Hydrazzo plaster looks incredible. Danny and his guys were great to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly are expert pool plasterers. They were actually recommended by the manufacturer themselves. Getting your pool renovated can be a disaster if you hire the wrong company. If you hire Laguna Pools I know youll be as satisfied as we are.

This place is pitiful. Last night on the turnpike the driver of their truck hit me n kept going. I called authorities an got all yalls information though, so u did not get away. If they hit me an kept going, what do u think they will do to your pool when they make a mistake or something? They will cover it up an run.
