Make sure you bring a mask to check in or else you will be doing the walk of shame back to your truck. Other then that these guys are very organized and quick at what they do. I was unloaded by 09:30 even though my appointment was 11:00.

This place gets six stars! They honored my appointment time. I was unloaded just as fast as they began unloading. Didnt have enough time to eat my four honey barbecue wings. Spotless facility inside and out even the restroom was hospital sanitary. The staff was professional direct and to the point and got me in and out quickly. The drivers lounge was pretty nice but in my opinion a waste of money because there is no time to use it. Drivers arent paid to sit around and this place gets it 👍👍!!

They got me unloaded in a very quick fashion.

Delivery by appointment only...very strict!!! Arrived at 8:00am appt was 10am they call me 9:59am exactly whit dock # But once on the dock I was empty in 20 min ... receiving lady was rude!

CRC is a top notch facility to pick up a load from. The shipping and receiving staff are some of the nicest people to work with. Always friendly and smiling. If you are picking up a brokered load, be sure to have your full pickup number ready, along with the city and state you are delivering to. If you have multiple drops, be sure to know all of your stops in the order of each drop. With all of that information in hand, check in and door assignment will be a breeze. Be sure to be on time for your appointment!! They are strictly appointment only and your appointment time will be respected. If you come early, then you may check in early but will be asked to park along the fence and will receive a phone call with your door assignment when they are ready for you. If you are late, then they will work with you for accommodation at the next available appointment time on their books. Knowing all of this information will get you checked in, placed in a door, loaded (or unloaded), and on your way with a breeze. If you are loading out of a door on the east side of the building, then YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THE DOOR until you receive a phone call from the office permitting it is now safe to leave the door since there are no dock lights on that side of the building.

Very clean place but they are scared dont even open the sliding window so you can understand them forklift blowing horns checking in is a task and then you got to walk out and get your d o t number if you dont know it but hopefully I can get some service and get unloaded shortly

Owner Operator. Our load appt was at 16:00 but we were done with our previous drop and thought maybe they would load early. Arrived at 9:30 and we are out the gate at 10:40! Two good stops in one day! God is good!

Best Damn place you can go in the world. The people are fabulous. They will work with you. They have Satellite tv for when you show up early for appt. Driver lounge is spotless thanks to the cleaning lady. Oh and most important they sometimes have hotdogs and popcorn!!!!!
