My Appointment For Delivery Was At 1 PM checked in @ 1050 was on door by 11 and they start unloading me at 1115. For SWS take 2nd entrance. They share this building with other company and there is fence in middle of the lot. Receiving is on the back of the building by the 1st dock door. Nice place for truckers. Night Parking yes. Restroom for drivers YES.

Fast unloading, got there 2 hours before my appointment and out by 30 mins.

One of the worst places to be at for delivery/pickup. Save yourself some time by not coming to this place. They started loading my trailer @ 02:15 pm and my appointment was prescheduled for 11:00 am sharp. They expect you to be right on time and people in shipping/receiving are just chilling as if they’re in their backyards. They don’t give a damn about your time. I hope their respective boss/business owner will be able to make them understand that not everybody get paid by hour.

Awesome fast, overnight parking and will and will knock on your truck when they start the day. Great place to deliver..

Got here super early before my appointment they took me in no problem, great staff they unloaded me fast badda bing I was out! Receiving for SWS is in the back you can park overnight .

When you see the 2370 on the top of the warehouse, go to the 2nd entrance, turn in. An go around to the back of the building to receiving. Very fast on the unload!! And.you can go in early too.

Come here if you want to spend half a day getting loaded. Talked to the forklift driver who loaded me and he said everyone quit. The old mean office lady probably caused them to leave.

2 hrs in dock. Havent even started loading

Download does not want to work, not professional and very slow! if you don’t remind them of yourself, you’ll be standing here all day.

This place is easy too find and well marked. Recieving hours is between 8am and 3:30 pm with appointment. I was there early and they put me right in the door. They did take about an hour too unload. Easy too back into too and the people are respectful and kind. I would go back

This place sucks. Load was staged since 10am. Waited 2 hours till they got there paperwork so they can load me. They need to get more organized here especially with the ELD.

I have been here numerous times to deliver and pickup,, very quick and personal people,,, 2 major issues tho... 1st, no respectable restrooms for drivers,,, only port a pot in Northside parking area....2nd, both receiving (Northside) and shipping (Southside) have large cages when you walk in and no buzzers /phones /bells or whistles, to let anyone know your there,,, just have to wait till someone drives /walks by......signage on both locations need to be 2x larger and better lite...5/21/19...nothing changed.....

4 hours to load and they werent busy. Amateur operations

Loaded within an hour. The appointment was for 1 pm, they took my driver earlier and loaded very fast.

Not 24/7 crew gets in about 0700-0730. I 70 exit 66 easy to get to, big truck friendly. Shipping at front of bld on north end. Receiving at north end of bld at the rear drve around to back. Place is huge can park on property lot is paved. Porta johns outside for your pleasure 😆 truck traffic was pretty light. I got in half an hr early and went str8 to dock. Unloaded in an hr. They leave your paperwork in back of trailer not sure how its done on shipper side. If they served coffee and do nuts i would of scored them 5 stars.

There are two buildings here and the other ones signs are wrong. Go by the sign on the building. This place takes a long time to load you. We have been here for almost three hours and they havent even opened the doors yet.

Got here a couple hours early, and they took me. Unloaded in 25 minutes. Can park here for overnight.
