Ordered off eBay for my DeWalt 20v 3AH and, received the WRONG batteries!NOT pleased..Sending back and, IF I receive the wrong ones again. Ill make formal complaint and, go through someone else.

I buy battery from there,they works fiew months and die.should be 5 years warranty.so I send them back.and nothing.they no send me another or refound. They just promised and after they stop responding.in mean time I order another battery from there and they come dead.and won’t charge.worst saler ever.no recommended buy from there…

I purchased two batteries from Joma Logistics via eBay and they sent the wrong ones. I suppose a battery with 3 connectors, the ones they shipped, looks the same to them as one with 2 connectors, the one in their picture. The red battery with 2 connectors is the correct one; the black battery with 3 connectors is the one Joma sent.
