Horrible experience. Weve been waiting weeks for the work to be completed following the remediation. Dan and Jeff who have been handling our project have really dropped the ball. They keep telling us someone will be there and then no one shows up. The follow through has been terrible. So far, someone has been at our condo for a total 6 hours. The tile floor isnt level or centered properly in the room. This has been a horrible experience. I would not recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

ServPro of Plainfield has come to my rescue a couple of times. They cleaned up 2 separate water leaks, one with extreme water damage. They worked quickly and without upsetting my schedule. I have since referred them to my friends and will continue to do so.
