Hancock Contracting & Restoration did a full house rehab from replacing the kitchen cabinets, re-doing all the bathrooms, building a new deck and finishing the basement. Even did a curb-less shower with glass doors. Fantastic job! I very happy with job and communication through out the job. Will call them for anything else I need that has to do with the home.

These guys helped us out tremendously! We had a water leak through our kitchen pipe and they were there before the plumber and held my hand throughout the whole process ! They then cleaned the carpets after the job was over. Great work and great pricing!! Wonderful experience!Highly recommend

They are a full service contracting company who employ certified plumbers, electricians and builders. When I wanted mitigation work done on our home I didnt think twice calling them. They responded promptly and handled the situation fast and efficiently. Im very pleased with the work and professionalism exhibited by the team.

We had an inspection that identified some mold in a portion of the house and suggested we might need a remediation. When Mike came to talk to us about it he said we could handle it ourselves with a good cleaning. How unusual it is to find such honesty in a company. Hoping we wont need their services in the future but if we did theyd be the first wed go to.
