Well the other reviews are right on target. I had called later in the evening and spoke with Donny regarding my issue. He graciously told me to bring my laptop over and he would look at it. Well, when I arrived he let me in and he went right to work. No frills, no nonsense. Within a few minutes he found the issue and started working on it. My hard drive crashed. He was able to replace it with a new SSD. Unfortunately not with the same amount of memory but I could make do considering my last minute call. No complaints here, it runs faster now. What I also like about Donny is that you could talk to him and he will participate in the conversation. You dont have to force the talk. Anyway, he was able to salvage my files (many music files). I knew it would take some time to transfer them over to the new drive. The laptop was left with him and by the next morning it was complete. Im glad I could support a local private business. Most people are afraid to give the opportunity to people like this. The sad part is, they are missing out on talented individuals just because they dont have a storefront. I conducted a search for repair options near me, and found out this was a home business. I was hesitant but decided to call and was accommodated with same day service. Okay customer service. First time I bought computer from them and not very satisfied with so called reasonable price and customer service.Will not recommend anyone. You make your own decisions I for one, will not do business with them anymore. My computer still gets Blue screen of death and I lose my data which I am working on at the time. According to them its nothing just restart the computer. After I bought the computer I found out they dont take responsibility on sale so once you bought that paperweight its your headache. I had the pleasure of using Donny @ PC Master High Tech on November 12, 2015. As a school teacher in Plainfield, I was out-of-my-mind with panic that I would not have my instrument of planning by the weekend. Donny was not only able to take care of my virus and clean-up the mess that I made of my computer, he installed a Solid State Hard Drive (which he had in stock) something that I have been wanting to have on my system for a long time. He did all this in one day! Had an unbeleable experience with my 17 lap top. My faith been restored in the computer indestry. Thanks Donnie for your quick turnaround. My laptop would crash after start up most of the time and screen would tell me faulty fan. We are from Florida and returning after being in Alaska in RV. Alaska computer shop said it would be weeks to get New fan.and should wait until I get back to the lower 48 states.
