Had a new Solid State Drive installed in my laptop at Alpha which requires windows to be reinstalled. Few months later, windows update was not working and my computer was continuously overheating trying to install the update. Was told I may just need to buy a new laptop. Found a different computer repair service locally and was fixed in a day - windows was not reinstalled correctly. Just bad I had to shell out another $150 for something that should have been fixed here.

What a awesome Job they did with my lab top. It was lagging all the time and taking for ever to load. I was thinking about getting a new one but then I brought it to Alpha Computer Experience and Stephen worked miracles. I cant believe how fast and more efficient my lab top is. I blink and the page or computer app is already up! Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend to bring your new or old computer in and let them work their magic! You wont regret it!

Orion did an incredible job recovering data for me. I had tried geek squad and they were not able to get anything. Orion has my computer for less the. A day and was able to get everything off the hard drive. Set my new computer up too. Great job and will just them for all my computer needs in the future! They work by appt only btw

I had taken my HP Envy laptop to a local repair shop to see if they could fix the issue of why it was not connecting to the internet. Their advice to me was that I should just get a new laptop.I then looked up Alpha Computer Experience. The technician identified the issues. He repaired, and updated my laptop at a very reasonable price.Saving me the cost of a new computer. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely refer them as a business.

I bought my MacBook in 2012. Over the years it began running slower and slower to the point of barely functioning. I thought I’d have to buy a whole new one. I know nothing about the technicalities of computers so I brought it to alpha. Let me tell you, I am so glad I found them! They were very nice and informative! Brought my laptop in and they were finished the very next day. It has not ran so fast and efficiently since I first bought it. I am so pleased with the customer service and the end result. Highly recommend, they are definitely worth the money!

I hired Alpha to come out to my home to:1. Mount my clearstream antenna2. Run a network cable to my basement3. Run a new cable from my comcast connection to my router.The technician, Rick, is a super nice guy who is very conscientious and does careful and precise work! I am super happy and would give Alpha my highest recommendation! The prices are reasonable too!
