Lisa and her team went above and beyond with communication-sending reminders and approximate arrival. The owner even showed up with the employees to review the service and give me an estimate for ongoing services. She was not pushy and really broke it down to a very affordable rate. The employees were super kind, professional, and miracle workers! I had hired a previous company to get the black out of the bottom of my shower base and they were unsuccessful. The Maids were able to remove it and make it look brand new…all while using eco friendly products! I will be using this service again and would recommend them to anyone!

Wow! I finally find the right cleaning company! I have tried several, but the detail that this company provided was second to none. I love how my shampoo bottles dont leave a ring underneath them anymore on the clean shelf, and how even the items on my dresser were cleaned, not just the dresser! I cant believe I waited so long to try The Maids, but my search is finally over! I came home Thursday to a wonderfully clean home, thats well worth the little bit extra I paid! I love the Maids. They are so prompt, dependable, and thorough. I love coming home afterwards because everything shines and sparkles. It takes me awhile to feel comfortable having people in my home when I am not present, but they have put me at ease. I would highly recommend.

On top of the great cleaning job that they always do, its the little things that make it the best weve had. The professionalism, and up-front conversation of anything that needs special attention, the wonderful smell of clean when they leave, the disinfected notes in the rooms when they are completed each step of the way, the toilet paper stickers holding the neatly folded ends together ready for the next use.....The thing that keeps us with their services though, is that within the contract of what they clean for us, there is no not my job mentality. Weve had other cleaning services that would simply walk by giant smudges and streaks on the back sliding door from the dog because they dont do Windows. They treat and clean our house the way we would do it ourselves, which goes the distance for us. The girls are so sweet, and so professional, they also make it a point to give some love to our pup, so he adores them, lol. We have monthly cleanings with the Maids, and I wouldnt have it any other way. Thank you guys for the great service as always!
