Great service! The owner is very friendly and Very thorough in explaining the process of cleaning the carpets. Some areas just won’t clean or stains may come back, most places will tell you they can get it out and cleaned with no issues, when in reality it will come back! I asked Jason about my sofa and rather than saying he can get it clean he said he can clean it but more than likely it will come back. He was honest and didn’t just take my money ! We had another carpet cleaning company come over. They quoted a cheap price on the phone and when they got here, they told me it was going to be 3 times what they quoted. I booted them out. Dupage Carpet cleaning and restoration should have about 10 stars. I’ve used them for 2 years. No job is too little or big for Jason. He treats you like family and always double checks via text to make sure the job is satisfactory. I’ve had small and somewhat big projects and always has been outstanding!! Jason does go above and beyond for his customers!! What’s more important is he always picks up the phone or calls right back. Great communication. I can’t say enough. Also decent rates.

Friendly and professional and did a GREAT job! They truly cared about getting our furniture clean even though it took longer than they had anticipated. Had a carpet in the HIGH (20 people)traffic downstairs that I was going to replace, guys came in, cleaned it and brought it back to good enough to get a few more years out of.Just had them out again for a second time for some second hand furniture I picked up that had cat hair all over them (Im allergic) and they cleaned every nook and cranny.Nick and Mike were personable, on time, fast, and wore shoe covers the whole time.If you need your carpets or furniture cleaned, hire this company. I had Dupage Carpet Cleaning come out and clean a sectional, a dinning room chair carpeting and area rugs at my home. What a fantastic Job they did!!! Scheduling was very easy and flexible, they sent me a text message when they were on their way and they showed up on time. Jason and his helper Matt were very professional, they wore booties and had these special corner protects so their hoses wouldnt damage my walls.They worked methodically and got the job done in a timely fashion, all the furniture and carpeting looked great, they even got the coffee stain out of my beige area rug!!! Best part was everything dried faster then the precious company i had used.I definitely found my new carpet guys!!!

4 and a half stars. They did a nice job and were in and out pretty quick. The only part of the carpet I didnt think was thoroughly cleaned were the stairs. I could still see dog hair on the vertical part of the stairs. Not a huge deal but something I noticed nonetheless. They were a very nice company to work with. Will use them again.

Found these guys by doing a search and was a first time customer. The owner himself came out and cleaned carpet, tile and 2 chairs. Gave some advice on carpet care and a free bottle of spotter and was efficient. Got a call the next day making sure everything dried out. Fantastic customer service!

This family-owned business is a joy to work with. Our family room carpet had not been cleaned in several years, and despite our best efforts had a number of pet stains due to our three dogs. Jason was very professional and attentive to our needs after our sump pump failed. He was honest and fair and his team did a phenominal job of treating and shampooing our basement carpet. The team was always on time to appointments and were respectful of our home.

Overall, they were pretty good. They were reasonably priced, explained the process and got most stains out. The one stain they were not able to, they explained why (paint/pigment and would need to bleach or coverup as a solution).

Called after finding water in basement. The actual owner and his helper was at my house within 2 hours sucking water out of my basement. Left a few fans and my basement was dry in 2 days. Gave a discount since I wasnt making an insurance claim and was paying out of pocket.
