UNDERCOATINGI brought in my truck. 2006 silverado 1 owner, 50k miles. The frame was crusty. Body is nearly immaculate. I asked before I brought it, if I should wire wheel, and scrape the frame before bringing it for their undercoating. They said no. That T H E Y scrape and pressure wash it. After looking at the eye sore of a job they did, I was furious. They re-done the rear frame rails (just what you can see!)after arguing with a bald guy.And I was told not only the first time, but the second time that they would have it on the lift for me to see. Well, they never did!!EVERYWHERE, I MEAN EVERYWHERE they coated needs redone. I have a dozen pictures where they did NOT scrape a thing. They just coated over it. AND I HAVE THEM RECORDED SAYING THEY SCRAPE THE FRAME CLEAN BEFORE COATING IT!! I drove over an hr for this service, and my bumper which was paint matched is scuffed and they tried to cover it up. After the job they did, I didnt even try to argue about the bumper at that point.They also told me, the undercoating wasnt that soft rubber stuff. That it was like an asphalt. Nope! Its runny sloppy goop.500$ later I go home to put my lift on and notice everything is either caked on or overspray misted. I now have to scrape all of this off and consult with My attorney.

Bad Job!!!!! Had truck detailed got a half VAST job. They said they could do a better job if I paid $400.00 more. No contact until I went to pick up truck. They could have spent a little more time and done it right. Now I have to take it to another company to do the job right. Very Disappointed in the Plainfield Ziebart.

They are still playing catch up a bit from covid.. They are no longer open on Saturdays making it tough for working purple to keep up with maintenance. They struggle at doing ac thorough job. Always self to send it back in when i pick it up for touch ups.. They are supposed to clean and condition leather and sweep floors to re apply protestant..that never seems to happen.

Great experience here.The staff was incredibly patient, discussing services provided for rust prevention and so on.I ended up purchasing Ziebart rust protection plan, under coating, sound barrier, and diamond coat for the exterior paint as well as, interior protection.The service performed was excellent. Everything appeared proper and neat.I got my truck back looking better than brand new. With peace of mind knowing it is protected against harsh Winter winters in Indiana.Looking forward to doing future business with the Ziebart, Plainfield.Thanks again to all the staff involved with my purchase!Frank S.

They do ceramic coat to my 2020 Chevy Silverado really bad job I pay $1,600 dollars for like $200 dollars job, also I ordered window guards they never put it to my truck, take like 1 year and 1/2 and never received my money back I will never be buying any service at the dealership I buy trucks every 2 years always offering there’s services but I never buy anything, really poor service plus manager of the store he think he don’t need customers and with out customers he’s no body he and he’s team eat because of us I hope dealerships don’t sell there products is junk plus Manager service really poor he’s actitude really bad I hope they loose a lot customers other guys on front desk good people!!!

I had a pre-scheduled appointment for 9:00am on 2-5-21. I arrived on time to drop off, and reminded them I needed to pick up by 12:00, to get my ride back. At 12:50 I called, figuring they must have forgotten to call. After checking, I was informed they hadnt even started on it... but could get it in soon and be done by 2:30 or so... apparently short staffed and one of the techs had to go to another store. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... no Apology..no phone call...nothing. No follow-up phone call from the Manager, nothing. I told them to forget i, and returned to pick it up. Again no apologies, no further explanation, nothing..just gave me my keys. UNBELIEVABLE..!!

Great service and very easy to get things done here. I had an automatic car start put on my vehicle and talking with them over the phone and getting things set up was really easy. They made the drop off easy, and I appreciated the pick up since I had surgery the day it was supposed to be finished I was able to simply send someone to go pick it up for me, since I cant drive, without any issues.

Paid $300 dollars to have my vehicle undercoated/rust protection applied. After receiving it back and inspecting the underside myself i was sorely disappointed with the results. 30-40 percent of what I felt like should have been hit was left bare. Cross members, frame work, body panels, numerous places with rust spots that clearly needed attention were completely missed. I understand there are areas that cant be hit like the exhaust and moving parts, but this wasnt those areas. I called then made the hour drive back to the store, where they put it on the lift and went over it again. They took me back to inspect it myself and there were still quite a few areas left bare. The explanation was well that part bolts off so it can be replaced. Which is what I thought I was trying to avoid by paying hundreds of dollars for rust protection. Anyways, I ended up leaving only partially satisfied with the original service and the manager was unwilling to compensate me in any way, despite the employee working with me agreeing that the service provided was unsatisfactory.

I own a trucking company. One of my trucks needed detailing due to a former employee who didn’t take care of the truck. I dropped it off at Ziebart thinking it would be taken care of. I had an extended conversation with the rep before I left. I pointed out everything I wanted done. They had it for a few days. About $550 later the truck wasn’t clean at all. I felt like they didn’t even do anything. There was a piece of hard candy stuck under the seat, vacuuming still needed to be done, the center console still had dirt a debris, and there was dog hair everywhere still. I’ll never go back. Way overpriced. If I’m spending that kind of money to get detailing done, it should be spotless.

I went for a inside detail and it wasnt done good, the steering wheel and stick shift was so sticky, it seemed that they did not clean it after putting some solution on it. The doors werent cleaned at all nor the dash and some parts of the seats. So when I called them and spoke to the manager about it he said to bring it back. They were very friendly and professional about the whole situation.

I gave Ziebart of Plainfield 3-stars because they did complete the work in the requested time of one day and there was no damage to my vehicle.HOWEVER, the work was poorly done, again. So we spent 30 minutes RE-CLEANING a vehicle that just cost us $135 to be detailed. That included our 20% off return customer discount.*Rust Proofing - the fender wells were dirty so we can only assume it wasnt washed to be properly inspected before touch ups were performed.*Diamond Gloss - the vehicle was washed and waxed. As mentioned above, the fender wells were still very dirty (this is not a normally dirty vehicle) and the chrome rims were dirty. The windows were clean BUT smeared. Wax was still on a few spots.We understand Covid-19 has businesses stretched and some may be short handed. But this was the third chance weve given this location. Each and every time over the past few years, weve had to clean up their unfinished job. NONE of the other Ziebart locations have given us this kind of trouble. Weve done business together for over 10 years.We do NOT recommended the Ziebart of Plainfield location for any sort of cleaning / detail work.

Went in with me having an issue with an old remote for my remote start and instead of them trying to figure it out or trying to order me a new remote that they don’t “sell” anymore they just told me i have to buy a new remote start system literally in there 3 minutes and wasted a 20 min drive just to get there thinking they would be able to put some effort into trying to help me

Brought my 2011 f250 in to have the rust prevention and underbody coating applied. Called and spoke with a representative on the phone. They walked me through the process and told me that the truck underbody would be thoroughly prepped and cleaned before starting the rust inhibitor application. Once the rust inhibitor was applied they would treat all critical seems. Finally 4 coats of underbody coating would be applied to the cleaned and prepared surface.I came today excited to see the work completed, only to find they had never prepped the underbody before wildly spraying under coating on top of dirt/mud grass and other debris. They had overspray all over the running boards and paint of the truck. There were several missed spots and others pooled and still dripping with underbody coating! Overall this was the most unprofessional job I’ve witnessed and I would have been better off using a spray can in my driveway. I would have at least prepped the surface! So unless you wish for your car to leave worse off than when it arrives I highly suggest you avoid this place at all costs!

We had our 2017 Nissan Sentra in this shop for remote start and window tinting we started having problems with transportation slip and shifter lock out we call the shop the asked for us to bring it in we did they were very fast in finding problem with harness they replaced it and reprogrammed in remote star its been 2 weeks and have not had any problems since will refer others here thank you to the staff and techs that worked on our car

I have to say the last couple times I have went to Ziebart I have been disappointed!!! The customer service, work quality, and honesty has declined!! I strongly suggest in learning more about what a franchise store means. When I picked my new vehicle up from having the under body coated, the spare tire was hanging off the bottom which Im glad I noticed before driving. What a dangerous situation to leave a customer in. I was told that people make mistakes when I asked...wow! Really! Im so glad I didnt drive off without securing, this could have went through a windshield or caused a serious accident! The next visit I had money stolen out of the center console. It wasnt much but when we asked, I was told they do not hire felons or criminals. Really! I would like to know what one looks like so I can avoid next time!!! I will not be going back for warranty or follow up work!!!

Got a newer car and had acid rain spots all over the top and called Ziebart here in Plainfield since its within walking distance just to see since this can be a tricky situation. Lee answered the phone and answered as many of my questions as he could since really one needs to see the vehicle and he then went well we gave a special right now so I went up there ASAP!!! Immediately he came out to the car and then got the detailer, Moe, to double check and make sure. Moe knew what it took without even having to really dig and I had total confidence right off the back with him. Have been in the car audio and rebuild world prior and you just know when someone gets it and Moe gets it!!! That man did wonders to my car. It looks brand new!!!!! My Batmobile is now BLACK!!!! I noticed even from across the road the windows were noticeably better and upon getting closer it was just eye popping on the shine!!! Moe is the man!!! That kat may be young but dont underestimate his abilities!!!!!!!! I could have driven waaaay up north and had it done but I have just found a new detailer!!!! Moe is going to go big!!! Even picking up the car, which Thank You Lee for calling way before I was expecting, Lee asked if he could grab Moe since I kept praising on the work and look!!! People deserve their props and man these guys did it!!! Moe came out sweating like a pig as its 90 some degrees and that shows to me he takes pride in his work!!! Wow! I had our 2017 Dodge Journey detailed on the inside by Ziebart. We have two toddlers that destroyed the inside with crushed crackers, melted fruit snacks, spilled juice, etc. My husband was convinced that the car would never be the same. To our surprise...it looks like and smells like a brand new car. They even cleaned the compartments in the floor and the seat belts. Thank you Ziebart!

Had a new Leer shell installed on my truck as well as the rust proofing and diamond gloss and paint protection on the front. The new shell looks great. I was surprised at how smooth my paint was after the diamond gloss was applied. Should help the shine hold up through the winter. Anxious to see how the paint protection performs against rock chips. I experienced several rock chips on the front edge of the hood of my last truck, having this done within the first couple weeks of purchasing this truck should protect it from the start. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. I was told my appointment was at 9:30 and asked if I would be able to drop it off early. They told me yes and to put my keys in their drop box. Upon arrival I did not know where the drop box was so I waited to speak with some one working, they were rude however told me where to place my keys. I called at 2pm to ask if it was ready (they told me 4-6 hours when making the appointment) when I called they said another hour and a half so I decided to stop in and pay. When I got there my car had not been touched. I decided I was going to take my car because I did not have another ride and when I asked for my keys they were extremely rude, didn’t want to give me my keys and proceeded to say how it was not their fault and I shouldn’t have placed my keys in the drop box. They also stated that it didn’t matter what time my appointment was that it would be done at 3 or 4. Why would I need to drop my car off at 9:30AM if they were not going to touch it until after 2PM. I will not be returning to this locations and I highly suggest no one else does either.

Vehicle was in for its yearly service work. Windows were dirty, Upholstery not vacuumed for the upholstery cleaning, and scuffs left on the bumper that came off by me putting a little effort behind them but the orbital buffer wouldnt take them out. For an extra 75.00 they could buff the scuff marks out. Not happy, going to try and transfer to a better store.

Left my car with them while I was out of town to have a remote start installed. When I returned, it had been driven 26 miles; Zero explanation provided. As soon as I pulled onto the interstate, the check engine light and traction control lights came on. When I called, I was told theres nothing they could do, Ill have to bring it back and leave it with them. No way they are touching this car again.

My recent experience at Ziebart was incredible! I purchased a Rhino bed lining and Window Tint for my new vehicle. They were thorough and friendly, and when the end result was not ideal, they immediately scheduled a follow-up visit in order to make it right. Ive been a customer at this location for several years and have always had great service until my last two visits. First issue came when I purchase a brand new truck and then purchased the Ziebart Protection package from the Chevrolet Dealer down the road. After I picked up the vehicle up I noticed a rubberized material had been sprayed on the rear chrome bumper. I returned to the location and was dismissed because they were too busy to deal with it. A couple of months later I returned with another vehicle for its annual service. While dropping the vehicle off the rep from Ziebart performed a walk around to verify that no damage was present on the vehicle. When I returned to pick up the vehicle at the agreed upon time I was told that it wasnt ready and had to wait nearly 3 more hours. when the vehicle was brought out there was damage to the front bumper protection film that was not there when I drop[ed the vehicle off.I am not one to leave bad online reviews but I have tried to contact ZIebart customer service. I was initially told somebody would be getting in touch with me but it has now been three months since the last time they promised to be in contact with me despite my continued efforts to contact them.

I went and got my 2014 Sierra the diamond gloss gold package and the underbody, I wasnt very Happy with it, the gloss didnt last over a month, and they got over spray all over my powder coated lift kit. I had a horrible experience at the Plainfield location. After standing in line for 15 minutes behind someone just asking questions that didnt even matter until the next day when he said he wanted to bring his car back all I was trying to do way pay and leave. During the time I stood in line 3-4 other employees just stood there. All anyone had to do was pull the guy to the side so I could pay since he wasnt even in line to pay at the time. The customer service is terrible. I actually left overpaying my bill by $300 because they couldnt figure out how to put a $250 gift certificate in the system. Thats how bad I just wanted to leave this establishment.So I tried to call customer service 3 times since 9:30 today with no answer as it goes straight to voice mail. Im not sure how this company operates in todays economy. I can only assume that they posted the were sorry please contact customer service below my response to give the public the allusion that they are trying to rectify the issue. I would urge anyone going to any Ziebart not to purchase gift cards if you chose to do business with them.

I purchased a new Buick Regal GS and asked the Dealership to take it to Plainfield Ziebart to have windows tinted, diamond gloss and rust proofing done BIG MISTAKE they cut my back glass cut all my window seals when they cut the tint to fit my windows, rust proofing all over my custom wheels, it looked like a child had done it, and the diamond gloss only last for a few weeks. The damages was $2,400.00 Manager admitted to the damages and said he would take care of it but he never answered my phone calls, so 7 months later and after contacting a lawyer Ziebart paid a local dealership to fix the damages they caused to my car. I would never recommend Ziebart to anyone, they are trained to sale but the workmanship they exercise is not at all professional. I did take my car to Tint Town in Greenwood IN and Wow they did a perfect job just wished I had gone their first. If you have had your windows tinted with Ziebart better check to see what they cut !

There was a mixup with the billing for the Enterprise car rental for while my wifes car was getting the Ziebart treatments. The mixup was on the part of Enterprise of Avon. The Ziebart folks investigated the situation and then sent me a refund check for the errant billing - in a very reasonable time period as well. Given the situation, the Ziebart folks took care of me in a professional and expeditious manner

Very bad experience. Called location location at 0830 am spoke with John. Asked if he had time to install tint on my vehicle today. Explained I could drop vehicle off in 30 minutes but needed to pick up by 4pm. John stated no problem I will put you on the schedule for today. Left work along with coworker to drive 30 minutes to Ziebart. I go inside and explain I spoke with John about tinting my vehicle today. John comes and smugly states oh well I dont have a window tint installer today. My response was really seriously. John states yea man my bad. As you might imagine I was more than irritated and just started to walk away. John then said want to make an appointment for tomorrow. My response. Absolutely NOT. This is quite possibly some of the poorest customer service Ive experienced in a long time. I manage a large dealership service dept and I would never treat my customers in this manner.

I had purchased the Ziebart rust and diamond gloss and leather protection. The first time I had my explorer service right after I bought it from the dealership I was very pleased with the service but when I had to bring it back for the yearly up keep. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the services that was done. As soon as I picked my vehicle up I told the service tech at the desk and he came out and looked at it. He agreed that it was a terrible job and took my vehicle back to fix the issue. I waited another half hour after waiting all day and this is what they said was clean after the second time. I was not happy and said I think I should come back tomorrow sonce it was closing time for them and I want this taken care of because I paid for the service and I expect to get the service I paid for since it not cheap. I will update!!!!

Car has less than 3K on it and is always covered in garage and has never has seen a drive thru car wash. When I went to pick up car, it was covered with dust. I got there in less than 2 hours of the call.The employee stated that since the car was black and it was near the road, it couldnt be helped. Why park it by the road then ? Last year the car had to be redone because of the shabby job they did. I would not recommend this store or this product.

Brought my truck here for undercoating and window tinting Feb. 4th. Put my truck on a lift a week later and noticed several places that were missed and tint on one of my windows was peeling. So I called them and they said to bring it back in. I made an 8am appointment with a lady over the phone. When I got there they couldnt find my appointment. I was there about 2 Hrs and my truck was still sitting outside. Finally we walk back to the lift and they see the places that were missed. On the 3rd hour, my daughter came to get me. We went to get her oil changed & tires rotated and had lunch. Get back to Zeibart and my truck still wasnt done. I work 12hr shifts and dont get many days off. I wasted 1/2 my day here having work done that should have been done right the first time. Not once was I offered a discount on the services. I was going to have them Rhino line the bed, but think Ill look elsewhere for that.
