I’ve worked with Cicero’s Development on several projects. The first project was an addition to my Wheaton Salon we added about 2100, hundred sq. feet to existing salon. Second project was a new salon in south Naperville where we built from the bottom up about 3200 sq. feet. Third project was a remodel in my Wheaton location. My fourth renovation was expanding my Color Room at my Rt.# 59 Salon. My current project was a 5600 sq. salon and spa built up from the bottom up.They brought their relationships with their wide stable of sub-contractors, for example, we had an HVAC budget of around $90,000.00. the County of DuPage stated that we needed more fresh air changes per hour. So my budget skyrocketed to $210,000.00 for all that was needed! We were now, over budget of $120,000.00 on this single item. With Cicero’s help and close relationships, we were able to lower the price down to $153,0000.00. They are always great at working within your budget and time frame!They break down every cost, there is there is nothing hidden, what you see is what you get! Everything is upfront, on the table, with them! I would get updates daily from Cicero’s showing me the progress of the daily work, letting me know the status of where we are on the project.
