Staff was friendly, but unfortunately I bought a 05 f250 in December of 2020, kept on having issues with starting a few weeks after purchase, had to replace spark plugs. This June I started to have issues with acceleration, took it to Sullivans auto in Norwich and they gave me a free diagnostics on the truck. U joints are rotted, brake lines are rotted, both catalytic converter are bad, y pipes are rotted out, block is rusted where headers are, four wheel drive does not engage. Truck looked nice underneath when purchased but previous owners might have sprayed. I am not sure. Like I said the staff was very friendly the truck may have just been on its way out and It only lasted me a few months, I dont think they were aware of the issues since its a used car dealer but thats the gamble when it comes to used automobiles. It did not work out for me but you may have better luck. The amount it seems it will cost to make the vehicle safe for me to drive is too much at this point.

Payed over 10k for a truck tgat has been problem after problem. The owner promised to fix the misfire and knock sensor then no answere when I call. Brake lines just broke and I imagine they are going to act like the lines werent rotted. Spray paint over a rusty frame. Not pleased and would not recomend this hack shop.
