The Agency has professional staff but when it comes to claims you will be directed to Allstate National claims center. My Roof was damaged I have to go back and forth couple of times to replace my Roof but my Roof was never replaced. All the other Roofs in my area were replaced, but my Roof was never replaced. Most of the contractors told me that it is very tough to work with Allstate National claims center. I canceled my Insurance with All State and working with other Insurance agency now.
