Johnny and his team are by far the best automotive service Ive ever encountered. Every single person I spoke to was kind and willing to help me out. I got wheels and tires as well as a level kit. Everything was spot on and exactly as described. Thank you to the entire team for making it a great experience.

Took my car to the Toyota dealership and was told I needed upwards of $6000 in repairs before driving across the country for a move. I was confused and frustrated as I get my car checked and worked on regularly. I took my car to Cradys for a second opinion and they were absolute life-savers! Truly honest people who do not say you need repairs that you do not. They explained how the dealership was trying to scam me knowing I was moving out of the state and wouldnt be back. Out of the list of repairs the dealership said I needed, Cradys said only 1 thing was legitimate and even that could wait until I made my trip as I was scheduled to leave in 2 days and didnt really have time. Could not recommend them more!

Had a really great first experience with Cradys recently. Called on Friday and got an appointment for Monday at 7:30 am. Within a few hours, I got a call with detailed information on the troubleshooting that they did (in terms a car inexpert like me could understand) and a very reasonable estimated cost to fix the issue. By 4 pm, the car was done! Quick and thorough service for the car, great customer service for me, and a very reasonable cost to fix the issue. Highly recommend them! Ill be taking my cars here from now on.

Awesome local auto repair shop. I called up in the morning because my power window didnt roll the window up anymore. They said to bring it on in. I dropped it off around 11:30, super friendly and helpful staff. An hour later they called and outlined the work that needed to be done. Sounded like a lot of work so I asked when it could be done. To my surprise they said they could do it that day. At around 4 they called and said I could pick up my car. The price was reasonable, $100 cheaper then what safelite quotes you on their website which is awesome. Will definitely be back, its so hard to find a good reliable auto mechanic and it looks like Cradys is it!!

My neighbor referred me to Cradys and I have now used them twice. I have found them to be honest and knowledgeable regarding my Honda Accord. For example, I thought that it would be a good time to replace my cars fuel pump, but Cradys explained to me that Honda fuel pumps are long lasting and that there is no reason to switch it out. I believe that this is a shop that can be trusted.

Good personable people. I was in a hurry, but willing to wait to have it fixed well, that may have rushed them. Replaced the front left axle on my Tacoma and may have missed the broken leaf spring that I had to bring it back in for right away. Lucky for me and them, I have a manufacturer recall on the leaf springs. They just removed the broken loose piece of leaf spring and Toyota should handle the rest.

This is a fantastic auto repair shop. I have had oil changes done here as well as extensive service. They are honest, trustworthy, and friendly. Price is fair and I will go to Cradys every time I need something done on either of my vehicles.

My whole family goes here for all automotive needs. Excellent customer service and great prices. Very knowledgeable staff. Strongly recommend!

Put in a new trany and It was working perfect until I totaled the car about a year and half later..great service now its back to find out why it wont pass smog....

Honest people who do good work and are fun to talk to.

I used to work next door and they repaired my brakes and was very honest. I thought we needed to get a transmission flush but he said to wait until 100000 miles and we didnt need it at that time. Now I will be taking the car back for the 100000 mile maintenance and to get it trip ready. I feel they do good work and recommend them. I drive from Wildomar, Ca to Placentia, Ca to have my car maintenanced there. They are more reasonably priced than the dealerships.

Nothing like the peace of mind knowing my car is in trustworthy, competent hands.
