Our A.C went out on a Friday at about 6 p.m. One of their techs, Nidal, came in about an hour, which was way sooner than we expected. He ended up fixing our broken motor in the dark and was personable and efficient. He also gave us a excellent movie recommendation. I will call then in the future.
