Corrupt, Complacent, and insulting. Clearly biased in favor of businesses. They falsified statements attributed to me and used those false statements directly as the reason to close a complaint. The director of the agency was made aware and condoned this behavior and made insulting comments about my mental health.

Very varied experience in just two days, however when we called yesterday we spoke to the MOST LOVELY woman Karen she was a delight and happy to answer all our questions, even when we called back a second time she was sweet as ever. Today I have talk to two women bother very short and rude like answering a question is too hard for them or a waste of there day. I will never understand why people who do not like the public work in the public sector. Karen I hope i get to talk with you again you are a delight thank you for being pleasant and happy to help it made me feel less awkward and anxious something a quirky person like me can appreciate.
